We are looking for a Senior Analytics Engineer to help design and build the engineering foundation that powers analytics across the organization.
Our goal is to create a modern data environment where analytics development is fast, reliable, scalable, and increasingly automated. This includes building strong data warehouse foundations, scalable modeling layers, and introducing AI-powered tools and automation that accelerate how data products are built and used.
In this role, you will be part of an analytics squad, working closely with analysts and business stakeholders while building the infrastructure, automation frameworks, and intelligent tooling that enable analytics to scale across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
Lead AI adoption in the analytics platform, building tools and workflows that automate analytics development, dashboards, and data exploration
Design and build scalable data warehouse models and transformation layers
Build and optimize ETL pipelines and core analytics infrastructure (Bronze / Silver)
Improve performance, reliability, and scalability of the analytics platform
Develop automation and internal tools that accelerate analytics workflows
Enable self-serve data access across the company through semantic layers and reusable datasets
Collaborate with analysts and business teams within an analytics squad.

As a Product Data Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving data-based decision-making and shaping product direction across the organization. You will oversee complex analytical initiatives, guide the development of KPIs and performance frameworks, and partner with product, engineering, and business leaders to influence strategic priorities.

A part of the POC GROWING TEAM- This role will have a substantial impact on the company's future. It will involve managing the integration process with the data warehouses of some of the world's largest brands. This includes:

Mapping the different data sources to connect to (based on dozens of data sources Loops connects to).
Modelling the data in platform, based on the business context and the customers KPIs.
Building a deep understanding of Loops models and analyses to analyze them and debug problems.
Building and defining tools to automate and improve the integration process (scripts to automated data discovery, data pipeline, validation scripts, etc)

Responsibilities
This is not a classic product analyst role:

Data is the underlying asset of our vision. You will directly impact the core value of the product, which is already used by major brands.
Youll be prioritizing and designing product features (not dashboards), yet you will also work closely with our customers to understand how data is leveraged to make decisions, learn which insights are valued, etc. This wide perspective will put you in a key position to shape the strategy of the growing product, and define its KPIs.
Model data within the platform based on business context and customer KPIs to deliver growth insights. This includes building and defining tools to automate and enhance the integration process, such as scripts for automated data discovery, data pipelines, and validation.
As part of the pre-sales department, you'll lead PoCs with top global companies. This diverse, fast-paced role offers exciting opportunities to work with various industries and make a significant impact. You play a key role in bridging customer needs to our solutions.

As a Data Analyst you will be working with colleagues from various disciplines, such as - Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Risk, Data Scientists within the team and other Data Analysts - on their KPIs, the way they observe information and the hardest questions each team is facing in order to drive insights and keep a data driven company.
