This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable selling complex technical solutions to stakeholders at all levels within a software development organization.
Responsibilities:
Drive the companys market growth and contribute to achieving ambitious sales targets in the DACH region.
Identify and develop new sales opportunities.
Collaborate with the management team to define and execute sales and go-to-market strategies.
Create detailed account plans and proactively drive opportunities to closure.
Work as part of a collaborative team, partnering with stakeholders such as SEs, BDRs, and CSMs, while fostering team success.
Penetrate, map, and manage enterprise accounts.
Consistently meet and exceed sales quotas.
Lead and manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to close.
Build strong relationships with customers, engaging key business executives and stakeholders.
Collaborate with Customer Support, Engineering, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure client success.
Respond promptly to customer requests for proposals, quotes, and additional information.
Develop business and technical expertise in our solution
Requirements: Fluent in German and English (native or near-native level). Additional languages are an advantage.
At least 5 years of proven experience in sales roles - mandatory.
Strong hunter mentality with a relentless drive and determination - mandatory.
Existing access to decision-makers in application security, software development, and DevOps in the DACH region (e.g., CISO, VP Engineering) - advantageous.
Strong understanding of the application security domain, including buyer motivations and key stakeholders - advantageous.
Experience working with international organizations or startups in growth mode.
Highly organized, with the ability to efficiently complete tasks using various company tools (e.g., SFDC).
Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
