We are seeking a highly capable and driven Project Manager to lead strategic research initiatives focused on disinformation, incitement, hate speech, and harmful online narratives.
This role combines research oversight, operational leadership, and rapid-response coordination.
You will manage complex workflows, delegate assignments, ensure high-quality intelligence delivery, and serve as a key point of contact for clients & cross-functional stakeholders. The ideal candidate thrives under pressure, makes sound decisions quickly, and communicates clearly in high-stakes environments.
Responsibilities:
Oversee end-to-end research projects involving multiple internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure high standards of analytical quality, accuracy, and clarity in reporting.
Coordinate real-time responses to emerging online threats and sensitive incidents.
Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify trends and risk signals.
Produce structured weekly and ad hoc reports in fluent English and Hebrew.
Continuously improve workflows.
Present and communicate intelligence briefs and findings to clients.
Manage client communication and relations.
Requirements: Requirements:
Native-level English and Hebrew (written and spoken).
Experienced in geopolitical analysis or general intelligence analysis
Proven experience managing complex projects in fast-paced environments.
Exceptional communication skills and high responsiveness.
Strong decision-making ability under pressure.
Analytical mindset with experience working with data.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Technologically minded and solutions-oriented.
Academic background in Politics, International Relations, Security Studies, or related fields.
Advantage:
Fluency in Arabic, French, Russian, or Spanish.
Experience in OSINT, Trust & Safety, threat intelligence, or related fields.
Experience in crisis-response or operational environments.
