We are looking for a Photonics Design Engineer with proven, hands-on experience designing, simulating, and measuring active silicon-photonics components (e.g., modulators, phase shifters, photodiodes).
Responsibilities
Design and model active Silicon Photonics devices; own specs, compact models, and layout intent.
Drive design for manufacturability: analyze performance across
process/voltage/temperature corners and wafer variability; run Monte-Carlo/tolerance studies.
Build scripted, parametric simulation flows (sweeps/optimization) and extract figures of merit (EO S21, VπL, responsivity, dark current, bandwidth, IL).
Plan and execute lab/wafer-level measurements; close the model-to-silicon loop by comparing data to simulations and updating models.
Collaborate with process, test, and packaging teams on masks, runsets, and DFT/DFM reviews.

Responsibilities
Perform silicon process and chip-level data analysis, establishing correlation between chip and wafer performance.
Lead process debug and yield loss analysis at chip/wafer level, driving root cause investigations and corrective actions.
Manage engineering approval forum to release production material.
Collaborate closely with vendors to implement new product tests and resolve technical/process issues.
Act as a key interface between design, testing, and production teams, ensuring alignment across the product lifecycle
Oversee and coordinate the transfer of data related to silicon design, testing, fabrication, and characterization between Production and R&D departments.
Develop and implement data management strategies to ensure data accuracy, security and accessibility.
Maintain proper documentation of data transfer protocols, version control, and data integrity checks.
Support data analysis efforts to improve silicon performance, yield, and quality.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards related to data security and confidentiality.

We are looking for a FP&A, Data & AI Analyst to help build the data foundation for an AI-enabled FP&A function .

This is not a traditional FP&A role.

This role will focus on building and maintaining the finance data infrastructure that powers forecasting, revenue analysis, collections visibility, gross margin insights, and executive decision-making.

You will work across multiple systems and data sources, helping create a reliable single source of truth for finance and business performance. Over time, this role will also support the creation of structured AI workflows and analytical routines that make our finance function faster, smarter, and more scalable.

Key Roles and Responsibilities
Finance Data Infrastructure & System Connectivity

Maintain and improve recurring data flows across our core systems (ERP, CRM, operational systems, and manual finance sources)
Extract, reconcile, and normalize data from multiple business and finance data sources
Build and maintain clean, reliable datasets that support finance reporting and business analysis
Help establish a structured finance data layer / semantic layer across key metrics
Reporting, Forecasting & KPI Enablement

Build recurring datasets and logic for:
Revenue reporting
Bookings / pipeline tracking
Invoicing and collections
Gross margin analysis
Renewal / retention views
Forecast vs. actual analysis
Support weekly, monthly, and quarterly management reporting
Help improve visibility into business performance through scalable reporting structures rather than manual ad hoc work
Metric Definition & Data Governance

Help define and document core business and finance KPIs
Maintain consistency across definitions such as bookings, revenue, collections, gross margin, retention, and forecasting metrics
Identify data quality issues, inconsistencies, and reconciliation gaps
Work with finance and operations leadership to improve data discipline across the organization
Automation & AI-Enabled Finance Workflows

Help structure finance datasets so they can be used by AI-driven workflows and recurring analytical routines
Support the design of repeatable workflows for:
Variance analysis
Collections prioritization
Revenue bridge analysis
Forecast refreshes
Gross margin monitoring
Contribute to building a more AI-native finance operating model over time
Business Partnership

Work closely with the COO, Finance leadership, and cross-functional teams
Turn business questions into structured data models and repeatable analyses
Support leadership with fast, accurate, decision-oriented insights
