We are looking for a Business Operations PMO to help operate and scale our companys execution engine. This role sits at the center of cross-functional execution and ensures that company priorities translate into structured action, measurable outcomes, and high-quality decision-making. You will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to drive clarity, alignment, and momentum across strategic initiatives.
What am I going to do?:
OKR & Strategy Architecture: Own the end-to-end OKR framework and planning cycles to align company goals with team execution. Performance & Business Reviews: Drive MBRs/QBRs and track key initiatives to ensure progress is measurable and outcomes-focused. Executive Decision Support: Structure leadership forums and data -driven materials to shift meetings from "status updates" to decision-making. Cross-Functional Execution: Oversee high-impact initiatives by identifying dependencies, flagging risks, and resolving bottlenecks across the organization. Operational Excellence: Standardize processes and templates to improve execution speed and institutional knowledge sharing. What Success in the Role Will Look Like?

Required PMO
The PMO supports and drives the successful execution of projects across the organization, ensuring alignment with timelines, quality standards, and business objectives.
This is a development role with clear potential to grow into a Project Manager position and includes approximately 15% international travel.
Job Description
Monitor task progress and track project milestones
Provide regular status updates to project managers and stakeholders
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including schedules, meeting minutes, and reports
Provide ongoing administrative and coordination support to the Head of Programs and project teams
Work closely with Operations to support and track shipments and ensure smooth execution of logistics activities
Support resource planning and allocation
Identify potential risks and issues and contribute to mitigation actions
Serve as a key communication link between project managers, operational teams, and other stakeholders, ensuring clear, accurate, and consistent information flow.
