Our focus is on increasing top-line revenue by building a scalable sales funnel that utilizes the cloud providers solid sales and partnership networks, programs, and brand.
You will be the trusted advisor and hands-on expert guiding our startups through every stage of launching and optimizing their offerings on Cloud Marketplaces, with a primary focus on the AWS Marketplace. Youll combine deep technical knowledge of Marketplace product delivery, fulfillment, enablement with strong business acumen in pricing, private offers, co-selling programs, and GTM strategy.
Your work directly drives client revenue, speeds up time-to-market, and unlocks co-sell opportunities with AWS sales teams.
The role works hand in hand with our internal stakeholders and various contacts within the startup and ISV companies (CTO, product managers, DevOps), and with cloud vendors (Partner Solution Architects, product/service teams).
The ideal candidate will proactively enhance recognition and field awareness of the represented software companies capabilities within the cloud vendor ecosystem.
They must possess strong business acumen, exceptional communication skills in English (both verbal and written), and excellent self-organization and collaboration abilities.
They should also be able to think and explain a strategic level approach while effectively executing hands-on tasks.
Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end AWS Marketplace onboarding and product launches for startups and ISVs (seller registration, tax/banking setup, product metadata, fulfillment methods, metering, entitlements).
Advise on optimal product delivery models (SaaS contracts, AMI, containers, professional services, data products) and technical integration with AWS services.
Develop and execute tailored go-to-market strategies: pricing models, private offers, promotions, listing optimization, and customer acquisition playbooks.
Enable co-selling with AWS: enroll clients in ISV Accelerate, align with Partner Development Managers (PDMs), build co-sell pipelines, leverage AWS co-sell tools, and prepare for joint customer engagements.
Guide clients on Private Offers (PO) and Channel Partner Private Offers post go-live
Conduct workshops, training sessions, and ongoing enablement for client sales, product, and operations teams.
Manage launch projects: timelines, milestones, issue resolution, and post-launch performance optimization.
Stay current on AWS Marketplace features, programs (e.g., ISV Accelerate, PayGo incentives, MDF), and best practices; share insights internally and with clients.
Collaborate with our team on methodology, templates, and tools to scale our service delivery.
Requirements: Hands-on experience with AWS Marketplace, ideally previous experience successfully listing and launching products.
Strong business expertise: pricing strategies, private offers, revenue recognition, CPPO workflows, AWS Partner Network (APN) programs, and co-sell mechanics.
Technical familiarity: product listing types, metering/billing (SaaS/AMI), integration with AWS services, and seller portal operations.
Proven experience in cloud/SaaS go-to-market planning, channel strategy, or sales enablement.
Familiarity with other cloud marketplaces (Azure Marketplace, Google Cloud Marketplace) is a strong plus.
Excellent client-facing skills: ability to translate technical details into business value, manage stakeholder expectations, and deliver consulting engagements.
Strong project management and organizational skills; comfortable owning client deliverables end-to-end.
AWS Cloud Practitioner Certification - highly valued.
