Requirements:
4+ years as director of product management in medium/large (500+) companies
7+ years of product management experience
Proven success leading AI product initiatives, such as assistants, copilots, or LLM-integrated workflows - Advantage
Strong technical background - experience in engineering, R&D, or deep technical product leadership
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to drive agendas across departments and foster effective collaboration with partners
Data-driven decision-making skills with a passion for building customer-centric products
Past experience in DevOps/DevSec Ops - Big Advantage
Growth mindset - continuous focus on learning AI industry trends
