We're looking for a results-oriented Senior Strategic Partnerships Manager with B2B and B2C experience, exceptional relationship-management skills, and a strategic mindset to drive our presence across pet insurance comparison websites and affiliates.
You'll own and grow a portfolio of high-impact partners, nurturing relationships and identifying new opportunities for strategic expansion. You'll combine creativity with data-driven analysis to optimize partnership performance, maximize revenue, and efficiently manage budgets - building meaningful partnerships while leveraging analytics to unlock value across a dynamic, complex partner ecosystem.

In this role you'll:
Build and manage strategic relationships with aggregators, comparison websites, and affiliates, becoming their trusted partner for pet insurance distribution
Accelerate growth and maximize ROI by driving product positioning and content strategy across key partner platforms
Own your partner portfolio by setting and delivering on monthly sales, efficiency, and channel mix targets, while building strong risk mitigation and performance optimization plans
Identify growth opportunities with both new and existing affiliates, from outreach and negotiation to onboarding and technical integration
Conduct regular business reviews with partners, analyzing performance metrics and implementing strategies to optimize partnership effectiveness
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align partnership activities with overall business goals
Stay current on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities, identifying new partners and emerging opportunities.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in partnerships or affiliate management with aggregators, comparison sites, or similar B2B2C platforms
Significant experience managing and optimizing PPC and Media Buying campaigns on Google and Meta (hands-on experience is a strong advantage)
Proven track record of driving business growth through strategic partnerships
Experience with pet insurance, personal finance, or comparison shopping ecosystems strongly preferred
Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills, with ability to negotiate mutually beneficial agreements
Strategic and analytical mindset, with ability to identify partnership opportunities and develop actionable plans
Excellent project management and organizational skills, with ability to manage multiple partners and cross-team projects simultaneously
Financial mindset with experience managing partnership budgets and analyzing financial metrics
Collaborative, team-oriented approach with ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Ready to work in an office environment a minimum of 4 days a week
