as a commercial legal counsel at the company, youll take on exciting legal challenges and tackle complex issues while supporting the companys success. in your day-to-day, you will:
draft, review, negotiate, and finalize commercial contracts, including software license agreements, services agreements, lease agreements, and more
collaborate with various teams like procurement, finance, security, facilities, hr, and operations on commercial contracting matters to support business goals

Were looking for a Legal Counsel to join our Legal team and provide comprehensive legal support to our teams across the organization. This role involves drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts with customers and vendors globally, ensuring compliance with privacy laws, handling product review matters and providing strategic legal advice on varied and dynamic issues. In this role you will
Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, including customer agreements, vendor agreements, partnership/referral/consulting agreements, and NDAs.
Enhance privacy program to comply with various privacy laws and regulations (such as CCPA, Israeli privacy laws, HIPAA) and provide ongoing guidance on data protection and privacy issues.
Collaborate closely with teams across the organization (such as Product, R&D, Partner Success) to address legal needs and implement best practices.
Build out legal roadmap for entering new markets and execute roadmap implementation.

Role Overview:
The In-House Legal Counsel will be responsible for managing all legal aspects of the companys operations.
