Requirements:
Licensed attorney in Israel; U.S. bar admission is an advantage.
4-7 years of experience as a commercial/hi-tech lawyer, including at least 2 years in-house.
Proven track record in leading complex negotiations with U.S. and global enterprise customers.
Strong knowledge of SaaS agreements, IP, data privacy, and employment law.
Full professional fluency in business and legal English.
Hands-on, independent, and able to work closely with executive leadership and global teams.
Nice to Have:
Prior in-house experience in a global B2B SaaS company.
