Key Responsibilities
This role requires an action-oriented, self-motivated individual who can work with minimal supervision and manage multiple sales technology initiatives across the global sales organization.
Own and manage the Sales Tech Stack, including tools strategy, usage, adoption, and ongoing optimization.
Perform continuous and quarterly monitoring of tool usage, adoption, and business value, and report insights to key stakeholders.
Act as a liaison between Sales, Operations, IT, Product, Marketing, and other internal teams to identify gaps and drive improvements.
Manage relationships with external vendors, proactively identifying opportunities for optimization, efficiency, and additional value.
Manage sales tools lifecycle, including licenses, users, policies, pilots, enablement plans, and renewals.
Work end-to-end with IT and business teams on the implementation of new tools, enhancements, and new Sales processes.
Gather ongoing feedback from sales reps and managers to improve usability and effectiveness.
Define adoption metrics, best practices, and success criteria, and lead implementation and enablement activities.
Requirements: 2-3 years of experience as a Project Manager in sales, Sales support, sales Operations or a related role with strong business and operational understanding.
Proven experience in cross-functional project management.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively.
Strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Team player with strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Creative and strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Experience working with Salesforce (Must).
Familiarity with Sales and Marketing applications such as Marketo, 6Sense, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, etc. (Advantage).
Experience working with JIRA and SAP (Advantage).
Experience in designing and documenting business processes for development (e.g., process mapping, flow diagrams, business requirements) (Advantage).
