We are looking to hire an experienced Solutions Engineer in the field of Mobile Satellite Communications (SATCOM) antenna system growing business line to work alongside our passionate sales team for Land, Maritime and Airborne applications. You will be required to conduct meetings with our prospects and customers, draft and deliver presentations, demonstrate the features of company products, manage, and write winning proposals including detailed block diagrams and key features.
To ensure success, you should have in-depth knowledge of complex systems that includes mechanics, software, electronics and RF, and high-level communications and writing skills in English and Hebrew.
The ability to understand customer requirements, determine the best solutions and effectively communicate the value proposition of those solutions are critical skills.
This is a key position that will bare impact on the companys growth and ability to do business.

Responsibilities:
Solutions Engineer is subject matter experts (SME) with specialized technology experience in complex systems, which involves mechanics, electronics, software and RF.
The processes of preparation of all assigned proposals, from requirement analysis and Bid-No-Bid processes, through solution/offering concept, proposal integration and write-up, and up to completion of the proposal documentation, risk analysis, competition analysis, costing and presentation to the customer.
Work closely with technical specialists, product managers, subcontractors / potential 3rd party solution partners, sales, finance, R&D, operations, executive team and with other company team members.
Ensure that the proposal conforms to the requirements, instructions, evaluation criteria and the SOW.
Develop and maintain proposal generation processes and tools, as well as proposal templates.
The Solutions Engineer must be well-versed in the selling companys portfolio of products and services and keep up with new technologies entering the market.
Provides coaching and professional development to the sales team member associates to enhance their product knowledge, technical acumen, and technical sales skills.

Work closely with hundreds of developers and Quality Engineers from different organizations in the company to better understand the main issues and bottlenecks across multiple platforms and cloud providers, including on-prem installations
Research the effect of every change on the system and its behavior, from the development stage to release and production
Perform hands-on work on new, complex cross-interacting features in the platform and modifications to existing ones, including research, test plan development, reviews, and approvals
Serve as the focal point for quality for cross-developed products
Closely interact with developers, automation, and support engineers about customer production issues

Responsibilities:
Overall responsibility for precision tracking technical project management at R&D including planning and monitoring of all R&D activities, planning and monitoring of project R&D budget (material and hours), lead of technical activities with the customer including design reviews, acceptance testing and system assimilation.
Overall responsibility of the system level architecture of complex systems
Overall responsibility for System, Software and Hardware level specifications and requirements.
Overall responsibility and active participation in the Integration and Proof of Design phases.
Overall responsibility for electrical connectivity design between LRUs

We are looking for a Software Automation Engineer to join our QA team and to take part in the testing process from planning to execution.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for QA processes, testing and release to production of multiple SaaS products.
Build the test plan for the products.
Identify the risks and appropriate test coverage to validate new features as well as regression and develop test plans and cases.
Lead the test execution and preparation for release.
Execute test cases, manually or in an automated fashion, capture and analyze the results, document issues and prepare test reports.
Work with the R&D and Product to deliver high-quality tested SaaS products.
Write test automation for APIs, UI and stress-testing, as an integrated member of an agile R&D team, building a robust application.
Take responsibility for the quality delivery of product releases.
Participate in defining and optimizing the R&D work processes.

Enable development teams to own testing and automation as an integral part of delivery.
Design scalable quality strategies, testing frameworks, and quality gates to ensure high standards without slowing down development.
Act as a technical authority as you guide teams on testability, observability, and risk-based testing, as well as non-functional quality aspects such as security, performance, and reliability.
Partner with Engineering, Product, and DevOps to continuously improve how quality is designed, measured, and enforced across the product lifecycle.
