The Applications Technical Support Engineer is part of a global team responsible for supporting customers in implementing, optimizing, and maintaining the company's solutions. The role focuses on motion control application development, system tuning, troubleshooting, and Technical Support to ensure successful customer deployment.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Develop motion control applications ( Real-Time multi-axis motion programming).
Perform system tuning and feedback/control optimization.
Provide remote and on-site application support to customers.
Work closely with high-tech equipment manufacturers (Semiconductors, Mobile Devices Flat Panel Displays, Life Sciences, Photonics, and more).
Serve as a primary technical point of contact for application and support topics.
Investigate and resolve technical issues related to the company products.
Requirements: B.Sc. in Electrical/Mechatronics/Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
Basic knowledge of control theory.
Programming skills (e.g., C, C ++, VB.NET).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and learn quickly.
Fluent English (written and spoken).
