The Senior Product Quality and Reliability Engineer will provide leadership and management for the Networking system product quality within the organization. Establish, maintain, and optimize an effective quality management methods and target to achieve high quality performance.

Leading and mentoring root cause analysis for issues related to design, manufacturing or customers. Enhance and improve products performance by proactive risk assessment and other prevention methods. What youll be doing:

Own Product Quality and Reliability performance of Networking system products. Providing leadership expertise in product performance and quality.

Maintain and monitor product health thru structured routines and metrics, enable effective alert mechanism for early identification.

Lead structured problem solving and risk assessment for quality issues originating from production and customer. Ensure product readiness for HVM manufacturing and scale.

Responsible for customer quality issues and working within organization to resolve.

Lead critical processes for product performance e.g - CRB, PCN ; Non conforming material review - MRB.

Drive continues improvement initiatives in design, verification and validation processes, manufacturing quality throughout the entire product life cycle and improvement plan.

The Senior Product Quality Manager will provide leadership and management for the product quality passionate about Customer issues. Establish, maintain, and optimize an effective quality management method and benchmark to achieve high quality performance. Serve as knowledge expert of product quality, leading and mentoring in identifying fundamental causes behind issues originating from manufacturing and customer blocking issues. Enhance and improve products performance by proactive risk assessment and other prevention methods.

What you'll be doing:

The NPI engineer will work alongside with R&D BU, finance, engineering and various multi-functional teams, leading NPI products from am operational perspective.
Work with our partners worldwide to establish a supply chain incorporating business, manufacturing, technology, Engineering, quality, and additional aspects to assure design acceptance and manufacturability
Identify critical-paths, bottlenecks and implement risk management methodologies.
Define and lead execution to ensure delivery on schedule according to SOW and budget.
Pave the way for NPI Production transition: Active participation from very early pre-design stages, highlighting needed operational related aspects while defining the infrastructure for the future transfer to production stage.
Develop an in-depth understanding of the vendors manufacturing capabilities and influence current and future product qualifications and loading decisions
Develop and implement project management methodologies and processes to improve tracking, transparency, execution, and day-to-day efficiency
Report program status to senior management.

You will be an integral part of the team that supports the companys quality policy to Put Patients First. This team collaborates with global teams to support products across several portfolios. This is a flexible role where the employee is at a minimum 3 days a week on site in the office with option of remote working for 2 days in the week.

Develops, modifies, applies and maintains quality processes and protocols to support servicing of reusable medical devices
Collaborates with engineering and operations functions to ensure quality requirements are in place and met

Responsibilities
Drive end-to-end NPI build schedules, coordinating across product, operations, and external suppliers to ensure material readiness aligns perfectly with engineering timelines.
Manage complex supply chain logistics, working directly with vendors, foundries and OSATs to secure critical components, resolve shortages, and mitigate risks before they impact the launch.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate engineering requirements into actionable supply capacity plans, anticipating demand changes and adjusting forecasts dynamically.

as a quality and reliability (q&r) engineer, you will lead the qualification and long-term reliability of advanced system -on-chip ( SOC ) and RF semiconductor products for automotive applications. youll work across digital and RF domains to ensure robust performance and compliance with industry standards.
what will your job look like:
define and manage quality and reliability specifications, simulations, and qualification plans for SOC and RF die and package.
plan and execute automotive-grade qualifications per standards such as aec-q100, jedec jesd22, and iatf 16949.
design and implement die-level and package-level stress tests.
select and prepare electrical, environmental, and mechanical TEST platforms for reliability testing.
define requirements for pre-si q&r (e.g. esd, lu, em, ir drop), design-for- TEST (dft), electrical characterization, and post-si q&r testing of digital, mixed-signal and RF socs.
collaborate extensively with internal design teams, external subcontractors, and outsourcing partners (osats).
lead failure analysis, reliability modeling, and corrective action processes (e.g., 8d, fmea, fmeda).

We are looking for a QA Manager to own a new testing domain, which enables our products to meet the industry leading benchmarks of efficiency and quality. The ideal candidate will able to learn new features, execute manual/automated tests and be technical expert to the team

What youll be doing:

Lead the QA team from the planning stage through execution up to GA release, with the highest quality for the products.

Collaborate with peer engineering teams, and program/product management to ensure that product requirements, goals and objectives are met or exceeded.

Lead and implement analysis, debugging tracking flows with accordance to QA and SW methodologies.

Review the teams test-plans for the product coverage and strive for full automation.

Report bugs found during execution, assist with reproduction and debugs to understand root cause, verify bug fixes provided by R&D team.

Mentor and guide the professional and technical development of the team members.

Review and identify improvement opportunities in established processes, infrastructure, and practices to ensure the teams are performing in the most efficient way.
