We seek a skilled Commercial and Product Legal Counsel to join our growing legal team. In this role, you'll negotiate agreements, draft contracts, and advise on commercial and product matters. You'll collaborate closely with product and sales teams, providing legal guidance to support business decisions.
What Youll Do:
Create, manage, and negotiate various terms and agreements related to strategic partnerships and product initiatives, including terms for new products and features, agreements for partners in the advertising space, and internal and external policies and guidelines.
Provide legal advice across many subject areas, including privacy laws, data protection laws and regulations, copyright law, consumer protection laws, and other global legal frameworks applicable to the companys products and services.
Work closely and effectively to provide legal and regulatory advice to cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, finance, sales, business development, and operations.
Provide strategic business and legal advice to develop a comprehensive, long-term approach to the companys relationships with key partners and vendors.
Requirements: What You Have:
At least 3-5 years experience in commercial law from global high-tech companies or in a high-tech department of a quality law firm.
Juris Doctor/LL.B. plus admission to at least one bar.
Experience in drafting and reviewing commercial agreements.
Analytical thinking, strong business orientation, and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently on many different projects at once in a fast-paced environment.
English native speaker.
