We are seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join our HR team. This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate in Human Resources or a related field who is interested in building a career in talent acquisition and gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic organizational environment. Key Responsibilities
* Support end-to-end recruitment processes for a variety of roles across the organization
* Publish job openings on relevant platforms and maintain job postings
* Screen resumes and assist in identifying suitable candidates
* Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process and ensure a positive candidate experience
* Work closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to support recruitment needs
* Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment data in relevant systems
* Assist with recruitment-related administrative tasks, reports, and ongoing projects
* Support employer branding and sourcing initiatives, as needed
Requirements: * Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Behavioral Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field
* Strong English skills, both written and spoken
* High motivation and strong desire to develop in the recruitment field
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
* Proactive, service-oriented, and eager to learn
