Required Senior Technical Writer
As a Technical Writer, youll play a critical role in bridging our engineering and customer-facing teams by creating clear, accurate, and comprehensive content aimed mainly at platform engineers. Your work will directly impact customers who rely on our platform by empowering them to maximize their productivity and improve their workflows.
Youll take part in the creation, maintenance, and evolution of our documentation and knowledge base, shaping one of the first experiences users meet when they deploy and use the product.
What Youll Do
Document New Features and Updates: Partner with engineering and product teams to craft high-quality technical documentation for new and existing features. Youll help translate complex technical information into clear, developer-friendly documentation.
Add and Maintain API Documentation: Take part in maintaining the API documentation to ensure its comprehensive, up-to-date, and accessible, providing essential support for developers who integrate with our platform.
Lead wide-scale initiatives to improve internal & external processes, with or without agentic/AI-based workflows.
Write Guides and Tutorials: Write tutorials, how-to guides, and user manuals that support developers in effectively leveraging our capabilities.
Write User-Centered Documentation: Work with other teams to gather insights directly from users and developers to understand their needs and pain points, ensuring that the documentation meets real-world use cases and aids in seamless onboarding and usage.
Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with product managers, designers, developers, and customer support to ensure the accuracy and quality of all documentation, while identifying opportunities to enhance clarity and usability.
Communicate the brand: ensure consistency and accuracy across all product documentation.

As a technical writer, you will work closely with developers, product managers, and designers to ensure we are accessible and user-friendly for customers worldwide. you will also engage with customer support and sales teams to better understand user needs and incorporate their feedback.

As a Senior Technical Writer at SentinelOne, you will join our global Design & Docs organization and own end‑to‑end planning, authoring, and maintenance of customer‑facing product content. This role is based in our Tel‑Aviv, Israel office, in a hybrid model, working day‑to‑day with local R&D and product teams as well as team-members and distributed stakeholders worldwide.
Youll work closely with Product Management, Engineering, UX, Support, and other stakeholders to explain complex cybersecurity and AI‑driven capabilities in ways that are clear, accurate, and task‑focused. What will you do?
Support and collaborate with the product team, focusing on innovative cybersecurity solutions.
Own documentation for one or more product areas in the platform, while becoming knowledgeable in many areas. Documentation includes Release Notes, Admin Guides, Knowledge Base articles, and UI text.
Plan, research, and document features in a topic-based method. Research includes collaboration with Support, Development, QA, Product Management, and other teams, with a focus on self-learning through hands-on and independent study.
Write according to our style guidelines to create customer-focused guidance for our highly-technical cybersecurity and AI products.
Work with the product documentation team to create integrated, consistent information deliverables and to innovate for constant improvement.
Work with a dynamic, international team on high-impact deliverables.

we are looking for a Technical & UX Writer to join our Knowledge Management team in Israel!As a Technical & UX Writer , you will have the exciting opportunity to work closely with a variety of teams to produce internal and customer facing product documentation, as well as product microcopy. The technical & UX writer plays a vital role in getting our customers up and running quickly and making our products accessible and usable when implementing solutions. The ideal candidate enjoys mastering new technologies and has both a demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality easy to read technical publications (including blogs or white papers), and a technical background that enables them to easily interact with product managers, software engineers, and pre- and post customer-facing teams.
What will you be accountable for?
Create and organize internal and external product documents.
Work closely with our Product team to understand product features and modules which are to be translated into external materials for customers and enablement for employees.
Research, edit, and write all required technical content for product release.
Write easy-to-understand user interface text, online help, release notes, and developer guides.
Increase end-user understanding through the use of screenshots, product mockups, diagrams, and animations.
