Were looking for a Senior AI/ML Architect to help shape how our customers implement AI. In this role, youll design scalable, end-to-end ML solutions, from classical models to generative AI, and guide customers from concept to production. Responsibilities
Design and deliver end-to-end ML solutions, including classical ML, deep learning, and generative AI
Create technical proposals, reference architectures, and deployment plans
Lead workshops, POCs, and architecture reviews with startup customers
Translate business needs into scalable ML systems
Implement distributed training workflows and LLM serving infrastructure
Build MLOps pipelines for tracking, versioning, and monitoring
Provide technical guidance to customers and internal teams
Stay up to date on ML trends and contribute to internal enablement
Frequent travels - locally (on-demand to meet with customers and partners and attend local events) and abroad (at least once a quarter).

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Head of Research to lead, shape, and advance the future of AI innovation across the organization. In this role, you will own the research strategy end-to-end - from long-term roadmap design to hands-on exploration, and guide a multidisciplinary team of NLP research engineers and linguists toward breakthroughs that elevate our core medical coding engine.
You will play a key role in the company, balancing exploratory research with high-impact product delivery. You will partner with Product, Engineering, and executive stakeholders to identify strategic opportunities, drive prioritization, and translate research capabilities into real-world outcomes at scale.
Responsibilities:
Manage and mentor a multidisciplinary research team while driving both technical excellence and personal growth.
Define the long-term research roadmap aligned with product and business objectives.

We are looking for an experienced ML/AI engineer to anchor our ML Platform team. You will lead the effort to productize our Large Language Models, transforming experimental code into robust, efficient services. Your goal is to build the infrastructure that allows our Data Scientists to move fast without breaking production.

What you'll be doing:
Model Development & Optimization

Fine-tuning & Engineering: Develop and fine-tune LLMs/classic models for specific medical tasks (condition detection, dialogue systems) using internal datasets.
Research to Production: Partner with Data Scientists to develop experimental code into scalable, production-ready modules.
Platform Engineering & Infrastructure

Pipeline Orchestration: Build and maintain complex ML workflows using Kubeflow Pipelines (KFP) or similar orchestration tools.
Internal Tooling: Develop and manage the internal Python ecosystem-libraries, SDKs, and utilities-that the Data Science team uses for daily development.
CI/CD & Automation: Write and maintain CI/CD scripts to automate the testing, versioning, and deployment of machine learning artifacts.
Production Standards & Integration

System Integration: Work with backend developers to integrate trained models/agents into the core application architecture.
Code Quality: Enforce high engineering standards through code reviews, ensuring that research code meets production reliability and maintainability requirements.

Were looking for a talented and driven Data Science to join our Data Science / Applied AI team in Tel Aviv.
Youll work alongside senior data scientists and ML engineers on production AI systems that directly impact clinical care.

Were looking for an Applied Data Scientist to join one of our product squads. Youll design, build, and deploy data-driven solutions that combine machine learning, statistical methods, and SQL/rules-based decision logic to power autonomous supply chain intelligence platform. Youll work closely with data science, engineering, product, and supply chain experts and own solutions end-to-end-from problem definition to production monitoring and iteration.

Responsibilities:

Deliver data science solutions end-to-end within a product squad: problem framing → data prep/labeling → modeling → deployment support → monitoring → iteration
Build, train, and improve ML models for supply chain use cases (e.g., inventory risk prediction, demand anomalies, root-cause analysis)
Define success metrics and evaluation plans with support from senior DS/PM; run error analysis and document learnings
Work with stakeholders to create and maintain ground truth (label definitions, labeling workflows, QA checks, feedback loops)
Implement hybrid decision logic by combining ML outputs with statistical methods and SQL/rules-based logic for robustness and explainability
Analyze large, multi-source operational datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and drivers of performance
Collaborate with software engineers to productionize solutions (batch and/or real-time), including testing, logging, and basic monitoring
Monitor deployed models/rules, investigate performance issues (data quality, drift, edge cases), and iterate based on outcomes
