Were looking for a Senior AI/ML Architect to help shape how our customers implement AI. In this role, youll design scalable, end-to-end ML solutions, from classical models to generative AI, and guide customers from concept to production. Youll work closely with C-level leaders, data scientists, and engineers to deliver impactful, real-world AI outcomes.

Responsibilities
Design and deliver end-to-end ML solutions, including classical ML, deep learning, and generative AI
Create technical proposals, reference architectures, and deployment plans
Lead workshops, POCs, and architecture reviews with startup customers
Translate business needs into scalable ML systems
Implement distributed training workflows and LLM serving infrastructure
Build MLOps pipelines for tracking, versioning, and monitoring
Provide technical guidance to customers and internal teams
Stay up to date on ML trends and contribute to internal enablement
Frequent travels - locally (on-demand to meet with customers and partners and attend local events) and abroad (at least once a quarter).

Youll work alongside senior data scientists and ML engineers on production AI systems that directly impact clinical care.

Youll contribute to real projects from day one: improving AI-powered services, building evaluation pipelines, working on data quality and processing, and supporting the infrastructure that keeps our systems running reliably at scale. Contribute to our production AI services (Python)

The Data Science team leads the AI research and innovation efforts of the company, and is focused on pushing AI boundaries to enhance the product and optimize processes.

What Youll Do

Lead an applied research for AI-driven features in the platform
Research and optimization agentic flows to solve complex problems
Collaborate with engineering teams to design, build, and maintain production pipelines
Conduct experiments and evaluate the performance of AI models, algorithms, and techniques
Stay up to date with the latest developments in AI, machine learning, and related fields, focusing on LLMs, exploring how emerging technologies can be applied to improve products and services.

As an Applied Data Scientist, you will research, design, and implement complex algorithms that assess and monitor AI systems, including cutting-edge LLM applications. You will work in a high-paced environment where impact is key. You will collaborate closely with our engineering and product teams to push the boundaries of what automated AI evaluation can achieve, ensuring our users get the most reliable and actionable insights possible.

Be a core member of a cross-functional AI innovation team, collaborating closely with software engineers, MLOps specialists, and analysts.
Design, build, and optimize end-to-end AI-driven features - from experimentation and model training to validation and deployment.
Develop production-grade code (Python and C#) to integrate advanced models and data-driven capabilities into our core products.
Continuously evaluate model performance and data quality in real-world settings, proactively driving improvements, retraining, and robust monitoring.

As a Data Scientist, you will sit at the very core of our company. This isn't just a role about maintaining models-its about transformation. You will be the architect of a "learning machine," turning raw data into usable metrics and developing the statistical algorithms that power our business performance.

You will collaborate with Data Engineers and Product Managers to translate the "voice of the customer" into digital insights that define the industry standard.
