Were looking for an R&D Team Lead to join our team and report directly to our VP R&D. This role sits at the intersection of engineering, product, and business-transforming real strategic challenges from global food & beverage leaders into scalable platform capabilities.

This is a hands-on leadership role with a strong full-stack engineering focus. Youll lead a high-impact team of 4-5 engineers, owning end-to-end delivery while staying close to both the code and the customer. Chief Technology Officer (CTO)
About the role:
As a business executive and overall decision-maker for our technology strategy and Operations, the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) will be responsible for both establishing and carrying out the overall technology strategy for the company, as well as ensuring that the members of the engineering organization are aligned with the needs and goals of the business.
What Youll Get To Do:
Align with the CEO (and larger executive team) on overall business objectives.
Partner with the Head of Product to prioritize the engineering work to execute against business objectives.
Identify and prioritize foundational technology and research, and development initiatives.
Define the roadmap for the holistic system architecture, which is required to execute the product vision and preserve business continuity.
Communicate business strategy and how that translates to technical strategy within the engineering organization.

Direct and manage a distributed technology department
Govern departmental budgets, the technology department organizational structure, and technical hiring needs and processes.
Build and articulate the framework for decision-making regarding build vs. buy vs. partner decisions.
Represent the organizations technology department and technology products to external stakeholders.

As well as being a technical leadership role, youll serve as the General Manager of our Israel office, shaping the culture, operations, and global connectivity of the site. Youll partner closely with our CEO, CTO, and SVP of Engineering, navigating seamlessly across multiple senior stakeholders while driving both local excellence and global alignment. With deep technical expertise in cybersecurity and AI, and strong operational and commercial presence, youll play a pivotal role in building a safer, more human Internet.

This role reports to our SVP & Global Head of Engineering and is based in Tel Aviv.

Engineering & Technical Leadership
Lead, grow, and mentor a 50+ person R&D team based in Tel Aviv, covering backend, frontend, data engineering, and more.

Set high standards for software design, architecture, performance, and reliability.

Work closely with Product and Research teams to define and deliver on our product roadmap.

Collaborate with global Engineering peers to drive cohesive execution, system design, and technical decision-making.

Technical Brand & Thought Leadership
Contribute to HUMANs external technical brand through blogs, conference talks, open-source contributions, or community leadership.

Expand the HUMAN Engineering brand in Israel and globally as a thought leader in cybersecurity and AI.

People & Culture
Act as the GM for HUMANs Tel Aviv site, overseeing operations, culture, and cross-functional collaboration beyond Engineering.

Partner directly with our Senior Leadership Team to strengthen connectivity between Israel and our global organization.

Were looking for an experienced Director of Software to lead our full-stack engineering teams and own the strategy, architecture, and delivery of our web platform. Youll set technical direction (front end and back end), scale microservices, and coach high-performing teams shipping secure, reliable, and beautiful web experiences.
A day in the life and how youll make an impact:
Lead & grow teams: Manage, mentor, and hire full-stack squads (TLs, and ICs). Drive career development, 1:1s, and performance culture.
Set architecture: Define a modern Angular front-end architecture and Node.js/TypeScript back end across microservices (APIs, gateways, shared libraries).
Own the roadmap: Partner with Product/Design to prioritize outcomes; translate business goals into engineering plans with measurable impact.
Raise the bar: Establish coding standards, design reviews, and SDLC best practices (testing, CI/CD, trunk-based development).
Operational excellence: Own availability, latency, and cost KPIs; implement observability (logs, metrics, traces) and incident response.
Security & compliance: Champion secure coding, authN/Z, data privacy, and dependency governance.

Were looking for a hands-on VP R&D to lead the engineering organization and own the full technical lifecycle of a complex, multidisciplinary product - from R&D to large-scale deployment, production, and field support.
Responsibilities:
Own the end-to-end system: HW/ Embedded, Cloud/ backend, Edge/IoT connectivity, and AI pipelines.
Lead architecture and operations of large-scale deployed systems (monitoring, updates, reliability).
Drive scalable software, reliable and manufacturable hardware, and production readiness.
Build and lead a multi-disciplinary engineering team in a fast-changing environment.
Personally step in to solve complex cross-domain issues (HW, SW, Cloud, AI, networking, IT).
Ensure tight alignment between R&D, Product, and Operations.

We need a VP Product who can be the GM's true partner on the build side. Not a roadmap manager. Not a feature prioritizer. A leader who owns outcomes across three products, makes hard calls with incomplete information, and ships things that change how the market works.

You'll lead a product team of Directors, Senior ICs, Designers, and Analysts. You'll partner with the VP R&D on what's possible and the VP GTM on what sells. You'll be in the room for every strategic decision and on calls with customers who are betting their business on what we build.

Set product strategy across three products at radically different lifecycle stages - and make the resource trade-offs between them.
Lead the AI transformation - from "AI-powered features" to products customers can't imagine using without AI.
