The Sr NPI Engineer will be responsible to represent the Operation and lead new projects and transfer them to production including the following:
E2E OPS rep for all New Products Introduction cross functional, following our company PLCM.
Responsible for building Product/Production file, Product documentation, BOM, jigs/tools/Fixtures design
Manage TK vendors and Critical vendors
Responsible for moving from prototype to mass production, including PL establishment and manufacturing strategy
Responsible of full Design transfer process during the PLC stages.
Full cooperation under Program and Project managers guidance
In this role, you will
Responsible for leading the transfer of a new product from development to production. Leading and implementing NPI processes for a multidisciplinary product.
Create Product Portfolios and write Testing requirements.
ECOs Leading and Process/Mold Validation Protocols leading End to End ( write, execute)
Supply solutions to production failures.
Construct and maintain complex Bills of Materials (BOM).

The NPI (New Product Introduction) Engineer is responsible for ensuring a seamless transition of new products from development to full-scale production. This role involves:
Production Line Setup: Design and implement new production lines, including defining jigs, fixtures, and automated processes.
Global Line Duplication: Duplicate existing production lines in overseas facilities (Far East), requiring strong planning and coordination skills.
Process Qualification: Validate and optimize production processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance.
Project Management: Lead end-to-end NPI transfer projects, covering layout planning, process design, supply chain coordination, and quality assurance until changes are released through the ECO process.
Failure Analysis: Investigate and resolve production issues to maintain continuous operations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with R&D, project managers, quality, planning, and purchasing teams to achieve production goals.
Job Responsibilities
Design and implement new production lines, including jigs, fixtures, and automation.
Validate and optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency and quality.
Lead end-to-end NPI transfer projects, from layout planning to ECO release.
Conduct failure analysis and resolve production issues promptly.

Travel internationally for extended periods to support line duplication and setup.

As a member of Design Engineering Group, you will be responsible for escorting new products from R&D to production and managing a team of 4 engineers



Manager NPI & CPE

Coordinate and participate with local and abroad R&D teams on design for manufacturability and implementation of new products in the production line
Monitor and interact with R&D project managers, system engineers and designers to optimize design for operations needs
Optimize and manage design changes for contract manufacturing and full turnkey (DFX)
Manage and control Turnkey activities for system building/subunits local and overseas
Conduct ECO processes to assure system quality, manufacturability and improvements
Manage Sub contractors for Assembly lines and mechanical/ electromechanical parts manufacturing.
Define the product integration processes
Be responsible for building Product/ Production file, Product documentation, BOM, jigs and tools design
Additionally, develop workflows, protocols, and provide tactical direction, programs, support in the administration of NPI and mechanical engineering
Develop, manage and conduct FAI processes for new products and their assemblies
Represent Engineering at PLCM gates and product management forums

CPE

Increase quality, reliability and serviceability by designing improved sub-units for current systems
Design new jigs and fixtures for current products
lead cost savings through hardware redesigns
Field POC for current product support
support current product revitalizations and improvements
Manage EOL and 2nd source activities
Coordinate and participate with local and abroad R&D teams on design for manufacturability and implementation of existing products in the production line
Monitor and interact with R&D project managers, system engineers and designers to optimize design for operations needs

Support the Production line and customer support on an on-going basis including managing escalations
Develop, manage and conduct FAI processes for new assemblies

What you'll be doing:

The NPI engineer will work alongside with R&D BU, finance, engineering and various multi-functional teams, leading NPI products from am operational perspective
Work with our partners worldwide to establish a supply chain incorporating business, manufacturing, technology, Engineering, quality, and additional aspects to assure design acceptance and manufacturability

Seeking a highly skilled and motivated R&D LCM ( (Life Cycle Management) Engineer to lead technical engineering support within R&D. The role owns technical aspects of legacy products and New Product Introductions (NPI), ensuring seamless design transfer and robust support across the product lifecycle. Acts as the primary technical interface between R&D, production, and quality.
Key Responsibilities
New Product Introduction (NPI)
Lead the NPI process from engineering handoff to production ramp-up.

We are seeking a process and mechanical engineer to join our dynamic Test Engineering team. As a key member you will be responsible for solving production failures, increase our yields, reduce MRB and initiate cost reduction activities, design tools, fixtures, and jigs to support robust manufacturing of our companys products.
The production engineer will have a full ownership over the testers in the production line, including a full understanding of their processes, products and BOMs to ensure a high yield with a high-quality product.

Define and design jigs, tools and fixture to allow repetitive and robust manufacturing with mass production orientation.

The Engineering Department is looking for an experienced mechanical engineer to join the Engineering- NPI HW Matrix Team.
Responsibilities
What will you be doing:
Lead changes via Engineering Change Orders (ECOs); build and update Bill of Material (BOM) definitions, hierarchy, and structure levels while addressing operational aspects.
Lead NPI (New Product Introduction) activities, design for manufacturability, cycle time, reliability, and focus on technology methods, industry familiarity.
