Key Responsibilities
Lead the application security team, providing strategic direction and mentorship.
Develop and implement a comprehensive Secure Software Development Lifecycle (SSDLC) framework.
Oversee the integration of security practices into all phases of the software development lifecycle, including CI/CD guardrails.
Conduct risk assessments and threat modeling to identify and mitigate potential security vulnerabilities.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in application security, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Proven experience in implementing and managing SSDLC frameworks.
In-depth knowledge of security frameworks and methodologies.
Strong understanding of threat modeling methodologies, secure coding practices and common vulnerabilities (e.g., OWASP Top Ten).
Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, or similar.
Experience in implementing security tools and technologies such as ASPM, SAST, DAST in complex and high-scale environment.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability and passion to drive change across the organization.
Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CSSLP are desirable.
Proven experience in a similar role at another leading software development company.

The Global Head of IT Services Organization is a pivotal strategic and operational leader responsible for delivering world-class IT support services across a multinational enterprise. This role oversees a geographically distributed Help Desk and End-User Services team and is charged with defining, executing, and continually improving operational excellence. Key Responsibilities
Global Leadership & Team Management
Lead, mentor, and develop a global Help Desk and IT Services team of approximately 50 employees located across multiple time zones.

Optimize staffing models, shift coverage, and skill development plans to ensure the right mix of expertise and availability.
Service Delivery Excellence
Own the end-to-end IT service delivery process, ensuring consistency and quality across all regions.

Requirements:
15+ years of experience in IT service management, including at least 5 years in a global leadership role.
Strong background in ITIL and ITSM frameworks, with hands-on experience using platforms such as ServiceNow or Jira.
Proven experience implementing automation, AI tools, and KPI-driven operations in complex environments.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to report effectively at the executive level.
Preferred
Experience working in fast-growing, multinational technology environments.

Responsibilities:

Requirements:
15 years in IT/IS operations, system administration, or infrastructure roles. At least 5 years of experience managing an IT & IS team or leading cross-functional technology operations.
Experience supporting ERP/CRM environments in a global organization.
B.Sc. in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or additional relevant degrees.
Strong communication with executives and non-technical stakeholders, ability to lead cross-functional collaboration
