The Program Operations Manager serves as a strategic partner to the R&D leadership, Product, HR, Finance, and multiple cross functional teams. Operational Excellence Across R&D - the role owns data accuracy, financial planning, operational governance, cost optimization, workforce analytics, and cross organizational program management. The program operations manager enables the R&D to make smarter, more strategic, and more informed decisions.

How will you make an impact?
Financial Planning, Reporting & Dashboards
Own annual budget planning and execution; consolidate unit budgets, track variances, forecast, and escalate risks. Produce quarterly reviews and semiannual Expense/Revenue reports; ensure financial data accuracy (contractors, allocations, mappings) and compliance (audit, capitalization standards). Maintain executive ready dashboards for budget, spend, and KPIs.
Cross Functional Programs & Portfolio Governance
Lead cross R&D programs and forums, set agendas, align owners, drive decisions, and track follow-ups to on time delivery. Coordinate infrastructure and resolutions cross projects and partner across R&D, Product, HR, Finance, , PMOs, to translate strategy into execution.
Processes, Governance & Reporting Frameworks
Establish and continuously improve operational governance: budget execution processes, procurement alignment, and standardized cross org reporting. Lead KPI frameworks with quarterly and annual cycles. Own documentation and transparency (dashboards, Confluence/SharePoint), provide ERP (Workday) support/training to ensure accurate org data and requisition workflows.
Workforce, Capacity & Subcontractor Management
Run Contractors analyses to compare current structure vs. future needs; identify skill/seniority gaps and produce insights. Oversee offshore/subcontractor lifecycle (onboarding/termination), budget alignment, and visibility dashboards, support annual contractor budgeting across organizations. Monitor HR overall allocation per product, and provide recommendations to support business needs.
Cloud Cost & Capitalization Governance
Lead AWS cost reviews across ~15 units; analyze consumption trends, pinpoint cost drivers, and partner with various key stakeholders on optimization actions. Govern quarterly Software Capitalization cycles (validation, Jira/EazyBI alignment, variance explanations, audit ready reporting) and ensure accurate, timely submissions.
Requirements: This position demands strong analytical skills, structured thinking, and the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders to drive financial discipline, operational clarity, and measurable impact across R&D.
BA in Business management, Industrial engineering, Economics or related degree
5+ years of experience in managing complex, analytical business-oriented activities, Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
Self-learning, Team player and strong interpersonal skills
High ownership mindset, multi-tasking with the ability to lead cross functional programs and drive alignment across multiple stakeholders.
Strong communication and presentation abilities, especially for leadership audiences
Excellent communication skills in English
High level in Excel and Power point
Experience with tools (Power BI/ Jira/ Confluence/ Others) - advantage
Hands-on experience with AI tools (ChatGPT/CoPilot/Others) - advantage.
