In this role, Youll take ownership of the product plumbing, from crisp specs and QA to analytics and partner coordination, so our VP of product can focus on roadmap, strategy, and high-leverage strategic work. Your key responsibilities will include:
Turn concepts into shippable tickets: Draft PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria, maintain a clean backlog, run grooming and sprint rituals with R&D.
Instrument & analyze: Define event tracking, build lightweight dashboards (e.g., funnel, approval, activation, repayment), monitor experiments, and surface insights.
Vendor & integration support: Coordinate with underwriting/KYC, payments/acquiring, and data vendors, track timelines, test webhooks/APIs, and resolve issues.
UAT & QA owner: Create test plans for new flows (applications, KYC, pricing, contracts/e-signature, settlements, dunning/collections, pause/skip-payment rules).
Compliance-ready ops: Keep product docs current (T&Cs, disclosures, rate tables), collect evidence for audits (SOC/ISO/PCI where relevant), and log incidents.
Customer & GTM enablement: Draft release notes, internal guides, and simple ROI calculators; support Sales/CS on edge cases; triage feedback into clear tickets.
Day-to-day product ops: Unblock engineering, chase decisions, remove ambiguity, and keep everyone aligned on the next shippable slice.
Requirements: What Makes You a Great Fit:
2-4 years in Product managment /Product-ops / Software Developers roles (internships count) from Fintech / Payment/ Banking companies/ capital /and other innovative fintech models - big advantage
Comfort writing PRDs & tickets, mapping flows, and defining acceptance criteria.
Basic SQL or strong spreadsheet experience, you care about clean data and dashboards
Strong communication skills, you keep stakeholders synced and blockers visible.
Bias for action, you love finishing things and shipping.
Responsible and self-discipled, understand the implications of working under global and local regularity frameworks and aligning with all legal and regularity guidelines that come with operating in the fintech space
Fluent in English, both writing and speaking (native speaker is a plus)
Nice-to-Have Skills:
Exposure to payments/embedded finance, eKYC/AML, or lending workflows.
API basics (reading swagger, testing endpoints, webhook payloads).
Experince with Cloud, advantage for experince with AWS.
Experience with analytics tools.
Familiarity with experiment design (A/Bs), and basic cohort analysis.
Understanding of cloud native concepts and serverless computing (AWS is a plus)
Understanding of SDLC and CI/CD flows.
