We are seeking a Global Talent Acquisition Director to architect and lead our global hiring strategy. This is not just about filling open requisitions; it is about building a world-class talent engine that fuels our hyper-growth!
In this strategic role, you will elevate the TA function, cementing its role as a strategic business partner. You will partner with the Executive Leadership Team to define who we are hiring, where we are hiring them, and how we assess top-tier talent, leveraging data, AI, and employer branding to position us as a top-tier destination for global talent.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a trusted advisor to the C-Suite and VP levels, translating business objectives into comprehensive talent strategies.
Lead global workforce planning, helping leadership forecast hiring needs across R&D, Sales, Marketing, and Ops in multiple geographies
Partner with executives to anticipate talent gaps, shape organizational structures, and build robust hiring pipelines for critical roles.
Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing global Talent Acquisition team, fostering a culture of operational excellence and continuous learning.
Design and implement a scalable recruitment infrastructure (processes, tech stack, and workflows) that supports rapid scaling without compromising quality.
Manage the global TA budget, vendor relationships, and external search partners to ensure ROI.
Drive our data-centric recruiting culture. Oversee and optimize key metrics (e.g., Quality of Hire, Time to Fill, Pipeline Velocity, DEI stats) to identify bottlenecks and optimize performance.
Leverage technology, AI, and analytics to optimize sourcing, screening, and selection processes.
Collaborate with the Marketing team to strengthen our Employer Value Proposition (EVP) and position the company as an employer of choice in competitive global markets.
Champion a best-in-class candidate experience, ensuring transparency, engagement, and consistency throughout the entire hiring journey.
Stay ahead of industry trends and introduce innovative recruiting approaches to support our continued global expansion.
Requirements: 7+ years in Talent Acquisition, with at least 3+ years in a senior leadership role (Director/Head of) within a high-growth global B2B SaaS company.
Proven experience managing hiring across multiple regions (specifically Israel and the US).
Demonstrated ability to build TA processes and scale them effectively.
Data Fluency: You don't just report numbers; you tell a story with data. You are comfortable with ATS analytics and BI tools to drive decisions.
