Were looking for a Senior QA Automation Engineer to join our growing R&D team to design, build, and own our automated testing framework and quality processes from the ground up. This role is highly hands-on and strategic, with a strong influence on how quality is embedded across the entire development lifecycle.
You will work closely with engineering, product, and DevOps teams to ensure high-quality, reliable releases through scalable test automation and well-defined QA practices.
Your Arena
Design and implement a QA automation framework from scratch using Node.js, TypeScript, Playwright, and Cucumber.
Define and establish QA processes, standards, and best practices across teams.
Build and maintain end-to-end, integration, and regression test suites.
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and release workflows.
Collaborate with developers and product managers to define test strategies and acceptance criteria.
Drive a shift-left testing approach, embedding quality early in the development process.
Own test environments, test data strategy, and execution stability.
Analyze test results, track quality metrics, and proactively identify risk areas.
Mentor developers and other QA engineers on automation and quality practices.

Our team is responsible for the development of a fully automated end to end validation solution.As we are part of the end-to-end autonomous vehicle flows, we get to see the direct outcome and value of our work in the most advanced use cases which are developed .
What will your job look like:
Be the technical lead of the team that is responsible for the development of test content (mostly in Python) for the autonomous vehicle system and E2E flows
Review and approve system architecture requirements
Design and implement complex test solutions
Enforce compliance with autonomous vehicle industry standards

As a Quality and Reliability (Q&R) Engineer, you will lead the qualification and long-term reliability of advanced System-on-Chip (SoC) and RF semiconductor products for automotive applications. Youll work across digital and RF domains to ensure robust performance and compliance with industry standards.
What will your job look like:
Define and manage Quality and Reliability specifications, simulations, and qualification plans for SoC and RF die and package.
Plan and execute automotive-grade qualifications per standards such as AEC-Q100, JEDEC JESD22, and IATF 16949.
Design and implement die-level and package-level stress tests.
Select and prepare electrical, environmental, and mechanical test platforms for reliability testing.
Define requirements for Pre-Si Q&R (e.g. ESD, LU, EM, IR drop), Design-for-Test (DFT), electrical characterization, and Post-Si Q&R testing of digital, mixed-signal and RF SoCs.
Collaborate extensively with internal design teams, external subcontractors, and outsourcing partners (OSATs).
Lead failure analysis, reliability modeling, and corrective action processes (e.g., 8D, FMEA, FMEDA).
Document and certify automotive standards compliance, including PPAP/APQP deliverables.
