In this role, you'll blend hands-on execution with ownership, leading various design projects from sleek web pages to high-impact performance campaign assets. You'll be reporting directly to the Creative Team Director, giving you a clear path to make a huge and immediate impact.
What youll do:
Design Ownership & Execution: Work on both brand and performance marketing assets, owning design projects from the initial brief through to launch and optimization.
Visual Storytelling: Master the art of visual storytelling. Deeply understand the audience's pain points and translate them into effective, high-converting visual assets across web pages, landing pages, sponsored ads, branded content, social media, and email campaigns.
Drive Performance: Focus on design thinking and execution that actively drives conversion and lead generation efforts.
Brand Consistency: Design and create engaging assets for diverse online campaigns, ensuring absolute brand consistency across all marketing materials and channels.
Collaboration & Iteration: Collaborate effectively with key cross-functional teams like Product Marketing Managers (PMMs), Growth, and Developers in a fast-paced, iterative workspace, applying feedback and data-driven insights to continuously improve design performance.

As a marketing designer, youll be the creative force behind-well, almost everything. In this role, you wont just execute briefs; youll shape how the world sees us. Youll partner with stakeholders across the department to turn big ideas into reality, seamlessly switching between digital precision and physical impact. From high-converting landing pages to show-stopping conference booths and swag that people actually want to keep, this is your chance to leave your creative fingerprint on every single touchpoint of the brand.




Ownership & Responsibilities:

End-to-End Ownership: Take full charge of design projects, from the initial "why?" all the way to the final pixel (or print file). You own the process, the timeline, and the quality of the output.
Visual Storytelling: Master the art of translation. Youll take complex marketing messages and turn them into clean, compelling visual narratives that make people stop, look, and click.
Design Without Borders: Move seamlessly between designing high-converting digital assets (landing pages, social, ads) to creating immersive physical experiences for our global conferences (booths, swag, and print collateral).
Brand Guardianship: Be the keeper of the visual flame. You will ensure that whether its a sales deck, a recruitment post, or a massive billboard, the brand remains consistent, premium, and unmistakable.
Cross-Functional Impact: Don't just decorate, collaborate. Partner closely with Content, Events, HR, and Product Marketing to bring a design-first perspective to every project, elevating the work of the entire company.

We are looking for a Web & Marketing Designer to take full ownership of the companys marketing assets and marketplace websites.



This role is divided into two main areas of responsibility:

Marketing (50%):
Design marketing assets and visual materials for performance campaigns of the companys business activities in a variety of platforms such as Social, Native, Display, etc.
Create and maintain our marketplace websites, including designing new layouts and Facilitating A/B testing on existing pages, logos etc.
Create and Edit videos for our performance marketing activities for social media and internal brand content.
Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success and Product teams.
Business Materials (50%):
Create high-quality marketing presentations, sales decks, collateral materials, Inner brand, one-pagers, and more.
Design print assets, company swag, presentational templates, conference materials, and other promotional items.
Collaborate closely with Management and HR teams on internal and business-related design needs.
Work alongside company leadership to refine and enhance the overall brand and design direction.
