We are a Global Geotechnical Engineering Company specializing in advanced soil stabilization and reinforcement solutions for large-scale infrastructure projects. We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of a large-scale industrial plant construction project. The role holds full responsibility for managing the project from the civil planning and design phase through execution and handover to operations, with a strong emphasis on on-site execution, quality, safety, budget control, and schedule adherence.
Key Responsibilities
* Full end-to-end management of an industrial plant construction project, from early civil planning through completion and operational handover
* Lead civil and structural works, including foundations, concrete and steel structures, industrial flooring, and building envelope
* Manage and control project schedules, budgets, and execution quality
* Manage main contractors and subcontractors within industrial construction environments
* Oversee on-site construction activities, including safety, Quality Assurance, and progress monitoring
* Lead permitting, licensing, and regulatory processes, including final occupancy approvals
* Coordinate between building requirements and the plants operational and equipment needs
* Manage project delivery, commissioning coordination, and transition to operations

What is Construction Solution in Buildots The Construction Solution team is the professional and technical backbone of Buildots Operations, responsible for creating and maintaining the Digital Twin framework for our clients. This involves integrating client models, schedules, and construction methodologies with Buildots’ proven workflows to create a digital twin that accurately represents how projects are built. Our solution managers are construction professionals with hands-on industry expertise, complemented by deep knowledge of the Buildots platform. They oversee the full lifecycle of projects from setup to ongoing maintenance while engaging directly with clients to ensure the system consistently delivers measurable value. With a regional structure and global coverage, the Construction Solution team aligns Buildots’ tools and methods to meet local market requirements while contributing to the continuous evolution of our solution.
What You'll Do:
* Design and implement Buildots’ solution for local and global projects, ensuring alignment with client needs and project realities.
* Lead technical and construction-focused discussions with clients during discovery and implementation.
* Act as a construction subject matter expert within Buildots, guiding internal teams with your field experience.
* Translate project construction methodologies into Buildots’ digital twin framework, creating systems that reflect how projects are actually built.
* Combine Buildots’ design standards with client-specific requirements to maximize the value of the platform across the project lifecycle.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of Buildots’ design methodology by sharing insights, lessons learned, and best practices.
* Play a key role during implementation and onboarding, representing both client needs and Buildots’ strategy in discovery sessions.
* Collaborate with various teams, such as Customer Success, Account Management, and Product to ensure client success and alignment with company goals.
Requirements 3+ years of field experience in construction projects, ideally including large-scale or major projects (e.g., data centers, fabrication facilities, or other complex builds).
* Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hebrew.
* Working knowledge of BIM environments and 3D modeling software.
* Solid understanding of MEP systems and construction methodologies, particularly in projects with significant scale and technical demands.
* Exceptional organizational, time management, and problem solving skills.
* Strong interpersonal and interface management skills, with the ability to engage confidently with clients, lead discovery sessions, and communicate effectively with on-site construction professionals.
* Tech-savvy, proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and evolving environment.
* Ability to attend the Tel Aviv office at least 4 days per week.

Purpose of the Job
To manage the Project according to the contract through the delivery of all work packages according to QCD commitments
To co-ordinate project management activities with the Project Director and ensure that all requirements of that contract are supported

Manage Project sub-systems maturity, follow-up KPIs and improve the approval process
Delivery performance (OTD, DFQ) in line with targets
Gate Review Management
Manage interface with client so as to satisfy requirements compliance

Work together with the other RSY permit & environmental specialist to prioritize permits/ actions/sharing responsibilities in accordance with the project schedule and/or as prioritized by the EPC/ RSY management team.
Together with Rail Systems design managers, resolve blockages and concerns raised by external approval entities and convey the information in a timely and clear manner back to the permit permissions team.
Together with EPC, CJV & the designers and manager of Temporary Traffic Arrangements (TTA) , ensure RSY contribution to all necessary permits, consents and authorizations are coordinated with an approved traffic plan. Note: approval of the TTAs and the Traffic Management Plan are the responsibility of the Temporary Traffic Arrangements manager.
.Liaise, on a case-by-case basis with external approval entities, CJV, EPC to ensure that blockages based on the design are clear and there is no technical reason that a permission can be received.
Identify and explain to the Chief Engineer or member of the EPC management team any reasons, beyond technical, that are preventing a permit permission from being received.
Maintain clear, concise and professional records of all meetings attended including proper documentation of deliverables and schedules for task completion.
