Were looking for a Video Editor to join our in-house Design Studio and support our performance marketing efforts. This role is primarily focused on editing high-performing video ads for paid social and other acquisition channels, as well as creating motion and animation assets for performance marketing. Youll work closely with Content, Social, and User Acquisition to turn concepts, raw footage, and UGC into scroll-stopping, conversion-driven ads.

Responsibilities
Edit a high volume of video ads for paid social and other performance marketing channels (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
Transform UGC, influencer content, and raw footage into engaging, performance-driven ads
Apply motion design and animation to support storytelling and performance, including text animation, transitions, overlays, and 2D animation
Collaborate closely with Content, Social, and User Acquisition teams to bring scripts, hooks, and concepts to life through video
Use AI-powered tools to generate, enhance, and adapt video content at scale, including AI-generated UGC and creative variations
Apply performance marketing best practices to video editing and motion, including pacing, hooks, captions, and CTAs
Adapt and iterate existing creatives based on performance insights
Stay up to date with platform-specific video trends, formats, and editing styles
Manage multiple video projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
Ensure all creative aligns with our brand guidelines and performance goals.
Requirements: 3+ years of experience in video editing, preferably in a performance marketing or digital advertising environment
Strong experience editing short-form video ads for paid social platforms
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, and After Effects for motion design and animation
Deep understanding of what makes UGC and direct-response ads perform
Hands-on experience with AI creative tools for video editing, generation, and optimization
Strong knowledge of Meta, TikTok, and YouTube ad formats and best practices
Strong understanding of the US market
Ability to work quickly, manage multiple projects, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
High attention to detail with a strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and visual hierarchy
A performance-driven mindset, with openness to feedback and iteration based on data
Experience working with UGC creators or influencer content
