We are seeking a Project Manager to join our team, overseeing and commissioning projects while ensuring their successful execution. This role demands a highly organized individual with a data-driven mindset, substantial experience in managing complex projects, and the ability to lead effectively in a dynamic, multicultural environment. Your mission:
As a Project Manager, you will be at the forefront of ensuring the successful delivery of diverse projects, aligning with organizational goals, and fostering a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, ensuring timely delivery within scope, budget, and quality standards.
Coordinate internal and external resources for seamless project execution.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Oversee critical project milestones, including FAT, commissioning, SAT, and handovers.
Monitor project performance, manage KPIs, and create detailed documentation.
Resolve technical and operational issues in coordination with relevant divisions.
Ensure timely collection of payments aligned with project milestones.
Manage project resources, including engineers, contractors, and equipment.
Lead on-site supervision of delivery and commissioning processes.
Drive continuous improvement and development of organizational processes.

* Own the product lifecycle for a multidisciplinary product portfolio across the International markets region.
* Bring diverse and globally distributed teams together to tackle complex problems and work towards closure.
* Ensure proper communication and updates across regional teams and HQ functions.
* Be an active participant in the NPI community by recommending and adopting methodology improvements into PLC processes to ensure proper launch, transition and EOS of our products.
