End-to-End Responsibility: Responsible for several Purchase Orders, once the PO is issued through manufacturing process until the delivery of the equipment.
Supplier Performance Management: Proactively manage and monitor supplier performance regarding delivery schedules, manufacturing quality, progress reporting and scheduling.
Compliance: Ensure strict compliance with contractual obligations and client requirements throughout the procurement and supply chain process, coordinating between internal and external interfaces.
Tracking and Reporting: Establish, manage, and maintain comprehensive tracking and reporting systems tailored to project needs, utilizing the Priority ERP system, dedicated reports, and other BI tools.
Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for follow-up activities, working closely with engineering, logistics, quality control, and manufacturing teams.
Requirements: B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering, or any other relevant degree (Mandatory).
Experience in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Manufacturing/Expediting roles (Mandatory).
Experience working for global, project-based companies (Advantage).
Experience collecting, consolidating, and refining data from various interfaces (including Priority ERP, Excel, and BI tools) (Advantage).
High proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
Full proficiency in computer applications, with advanced-level knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Willingness to travel abroad as needed.
