What You'll Do:

Lead, mentor, and grow a talented frontend engineering team, fostering an environment of innovation, technical excellence, and continuous growth.
Stay hands-on with development, working with React and TypeScript to build sophisticated user interfaces for interacting with complex data such as 360 videos, images, 2D floor plan maps, 3D models, and extensive data grids.
Collaborate daily with Product Managers, Designers, and Backend Engineers, ensuring alignment and efficient delivery of high-quality solutions.
Take active responsibility for hiring, training, and team-building activities to scale and enhance team capabilities.
Represent the frontend team in cross-functional discussions and planning meetings, ensuring technical considerations are effectively communicated.
