Required Web and Brand Designer
Job Description
A multidisciplinary designer with expertise in web design, image-making, brand UI, and brand identity-bringing creative solutions across a wide range of assets, including landing pages, campaigns, video storyboards, events, banners, emails, and print.
Construct creative concepts and communicate them clearly
Take full ownership of projects from A to Z, overseeing brand identity, UX/UI design, and all digital assets

Required Internal Brand Designer

to join our HR Division and help shape how employees experience our culture.
About the Role
Youll be part of our internal creative team, bringing our internal brand to life across events, HR programs, internal communications, and employee-facing platforms. Youll collaborate closely with the experience team, OD team, People Ops and Talent Acquisition team and lead on Internal Comms and employer brand initiatives and various other creative partners to create meaningful visual storytelling for employees worldwide.
What Youll Do
Lead the visual identity for the HR division global programs, events, and campaigns.
Concept and design for Employee Experience events and activities, Employer Branding needs, Internal Communications, Organizational Development initiatives, and Talent Acquisition campaigns.
Create and maintain templates and scalable design systems to ensure consistency and efficient workflows.
Oversee creative production from concept to delivery across presentations, motion graphics, digital screens, swag, emails, newsletters, and other assets.
Lead the strategy and execution of major campaigns, such as Kickoff, Sales Summit, Hackathon, and more - in collaboration with internal and external design partners
Develop templates, scalable design systems, and improve creative workflows.
Manage the full creative process-from concept to delivery-across presentations, motion graphics, signage, digital screens, emails, newsletters, swag, and more.

This is a hands-on leadership role, not a full people-management position.
You will define UX standards, build foundations, mentor designers, and directly contribute to meaningful product work alongside product and engineering.

Development Support: Partner with Frontend engineers throughout implementation - from design handoff to QA and release - providing specs, visual assets, and guidance.
Post-Release Insights: Track data and usage after launch to identify learnings and suggest UX or UI improvements.
Design Assets & Enablement: Prepare illustrations, icons, animations, and visual materials; support internal presentations.
UI Improvements: Continuously refine visual and interaction quality across the platform and suggest enhancements to maintain a consistent, polished experience.

Required UX Writing Guild Master
Job Description
As a UX Writing Guild Master, youll be an integral part of shaping how we develop and execute our UX writing/content design practice in the age of AI. Youll have a direct hand in building a culture of continuous learning, not just for writers but for the entire organization as we evolve our workflows. The programs you own will help shape the way we create and maintain in-product content.
In your day-to-day, you will:
Contribute to the development of new workflows in the age of AI and own the curriculum for teaching these workflows across the company
Design and run the onboarding program for new UX writers
Deliver ongoing training and enrichment for writers and non-writers that ensures our UX text is of the highest quality
Shape the recruitment process to identify and hire excellent UX writers
Manage a student bootcamp program and oversee students professional development
Act as a professional lead for UX writers who dont have professional support within their individual teams
Contribute to high-impact UX projects as needed, less than 25% of the time.
