We are looking for a hands-on Finance Specialist to join our growing global team. This role provides comprehensive transactional finance support for the companys international subsidiaries and plays a central role in the day-to-day financial operations of the business.
You will work closely with the group Controller, CFO, senior management, and cross-functional stakeholders.
Responsibilities
* Lead accounts receivable collections, working closely with Customer Service and Sales teams.
* Own core finance operations, including cost accounting, accounts payable and receivable, purchasing, and vendor management.
* Perform daily accounting activities such as bank reconciliations, invoice processing, payment preparation, fixed asset management, general ledger entries, payroll entries, and accruals (including rebates).
* Prepare and support quarterly financial close in line with corporate reporting requirements.
* Support expense reporting and travel management processes.
* Ensure sales tax compliance and manage related processes within the ERP system.
* Develop, implement, and continuously improve financial procedures, work instructions, and system capabilities.
* Support finance projects and ensure consistent execution of departmental initiatives.
Requirements: * Bachelors degree in finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
* At least 3 years of experience in a finance-related role.
* Solid understanding of accounting and budgeting principles, practices, and policies.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew and English.
* High proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial/budgeting tools.
* Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
* Experience working in fast-paced environments with multiple stakeholders.
* Comfortable working directly with customers.
* Experience with ERP systems (Priority - an advantage).
* Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
