Responsibilities:

In this role, you will serve as a crucial partner to the Product Manager, facilitating the translation of complex analytics into actionable steps for functional software delivery. This hybrid position combines robust analytical skills with a keen understanding of engineering processes, allowing the Product Manager to focus on the strategic “what” and “why,” while you ensure clarity on the operational “how.” What you’ll do: Feature Translation: Convert high-level analytical concepts and product features into clear, functionally defined user stories that capture algorithmic and statistical nuances for the engineering team. Collaboration with Engineering Teams: Work closely with developers and data scientists to assess feature feasibility, identify edge cases, and establish thorough testing and validation criteria within the engineering environment. We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to own Traveliers distribution and search layer - how inventory is ranked, surfaced, cached, experimented on, and monetized across our different distribution channels.
This role owns the core systems that decide what users see, in what order, at what speed, and at what economic outcome.
You will work at the intersection of search relevance, experimentation, performance, and revenue optimization at scale.
What You'll Do:
Own the end-to-end distribution strategy, including search ranking, recommendation, caching, and experimentation frameworks.
Define and evolve ranking and allocation logic that balances conversion, revenue, supplier outcomes, and user experience.
Lead large-scale A/B experimentation across search and discovery, turning insights into shipped system changes-not just test results.
Partner with engineering and data to improve latency, reliability, and scalability under peak traffic.
Set and own core distribution KPIs (e.g., conversion, revenue per search, latency, experiment velocity).
Make hard tradeoff decisions and clearly communicate rationale to leadership and our partners across Travelier.

As the Product Manager for the AI models of core product offering, you will be responsible for defining and driving its product strategy, requirements, roadmap and delivery.

The product focuses on addressing real-world challenges in drug development by leveraging AI foundation models and multi-omic data to map and predict human immune response.

You will be working closely with our team of Data Scientists, Computational Biologists, Deep Learning Researchers and Engineers.

What will you do?

Set the long-term vision and strategy for AI models, ensuring alignment with company goals.
Define product requirements and build a clear, prioritized roadmap for model development and delivery.
Lead benchmarking efforts to evaluate model performance against internal baselines and external best-in-class models.
Collaborate with AI research, data science, engineering, and biologists to translate scientific advances into scalable product capabilities.
Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of AI models, including data strategy, training priorities, evaluation criteria, releases, and post-deployment monitoring.
