We are looking for an experienced and professional Bookkeeper & Payroll Controller for a maternity leave replacement (approximately 6-month), who can independently lead payroll and bookkeeping processes in a global and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
Full responsibility for monthly payroll for approximately 60 employees
Payroll Management (End-to-End)
Managing the complete employee lifecycle from onboarding to termination, including Form 161 and final settlements
Working with pension interfaces and insurance agents
Preparing monthly payroll reports, MASAV files, and statutory reporting (Income Tax, National Insurance, 126/856)
Serving as a point of contact for employees and managers regarding payroll and labor law topics
General Bookkeeping
Managing the full Accounts Payable (AP) cycle: recording invoices (local and foreign currency) and preparing payments
Performing bank and credit card reconciliations (multi-currency)
Supporting month-end close activities, ledger analysis, and balance sheet reconciliations
Requirements: Certified Bookkeeper (Type 2/3) and Certified Payroll Controller - Mandatory
At least 5 years of proven experience in a similar role, preferably in high-tech or global companies
Full proficiency in "Shiklust" software - Mandatory
Strong English skills (written and spoken) for collaboration with international team members and vendors
High proficiency in Excel
Excellent interpersonal skills, strong attention to detail, ability to work independently, and ability to meet deadlines
