We are seeking an experienced Order Management specialist to support the growing demand, and supply chain synchronization for our complex hardware portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
Order entry and verification: Receive customer orders and accurately input them into the ERP system.
Fulfillment and coordination: Act as a liaison between sales, customer success, and planning departments to ensure on time and accurate fulfillment. Coordinate with shipping carriers to manage delivery schedules.
Record maintenance: Maintain accurate and organized records of all orders, shipments, and transactions. This includes managing shipping paperwork and creating invoices.
Communicate order status updates to customer success team and resolve any issues or discrepancies that arise, such as problems with deliveries or returns. Handle any inquiries regarding orders.
Reporting: Generate and prepare order-related reports for management review.
Process improvement: Assist in identifying and implementing improvements to the order processing and fulfillment procedures.
Requirements: Education: B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and Management, (or equivalent practical experience).
Experience:
5+ years of experience in Order fulfillment, Planning, Logistics and S&OP within global high-tech companies is required.
Proven experience in a fast-growing, multidisciplinary company with multiple turnkey manufacturers
Technical Skills:
Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Priority)
Strong Excel and data management skills.
Soft Skills:
Exceptional communication, interpersonal relations, and out of the box thinking, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and rapidly changing environment & effectively prioritize multiple tasks
