Key Responsibilities
UX/UI & Digital Design

Design webpages, components, and full design systems.
Create intuitive user flows and digital experiences.
Contribute to website redesigns and ongoing UX initiatives.
Creative & Visual Design
Develop creative concepts and high-quality visuals for the brand.
Lead visual design for large-scale marketing campaigns and global events.
Create marketing assets including white papers, data sheets, reports, newsletters, banners, emails, presentations, and more.
Design compelling presentations and storytelling materials.
Micro-Animations & Motion
Produce polished micro-animations for web components, social content, and digital assets.
Prepare and export final animation files optimized for online platforms.
AI-Driven Design & Innovation
Use AI tools daily (e.g., Midjourney, design automation tools).
Identify and select the right AI tools per project.
Experiment with new design technologies and continuously improve processes.
Print, Events & Booth Design
Create print-ready files for events, booths, signage, and collateral.
Support end-to-end visual execution for large campaigns and events.
Collaboration & Teamwork
Work effectively with other designers and cross-functional teams (demand gen, corporate marketing, field marketing, sales, HR, operations).
Contribute to a positive, ego-free team environment.
Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.

About the Role
Youll be part of our internal creative team, bringing our internal brand to life across events, HR programs, internal communications, and employee-facing platforms. Youll collaborate closely with the experience team, OD team, People Ops and Talent Acquisition team and lead on Internal Comms and employer brand initiatives and various other creative partners to create meaningful visual storytelling for employees worldwide.
What Youll Do
