We are looking for an experienced Director of Product Management to join the Product Management team and focus on expanding our AI platform to develop new use cases and applications for automakers, smart mobility vendors, insurance companies and additional new markets.
As a Director of Product Management you will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment, reporting directly to our VP Product and work closely with a team of passionate employees.
This role is full-time and is based in Herzliya, Israel, in a hybrid model.
Responsibilities
Gain a deep understanding of customer and market needs
Create buy-in for the product vision internally as well as with strategic customers and key partners
Translate product strategy into product roadmap, detailed requirements and prototypes
Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact
Work closely with the research, data analytics, data engineering, and data science departments to develop core detection capabilities
Work closely with engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources
Drive product launches including working with Sales, CSMs, Marketing, R&D with prioritized features and corresponding justification
Drive market and competitive analysis
Support developing the core positioning and messaging of the product
Support developing sales tools and collateral
Lead sales enablement activities on product positioning, messaging and new releases
Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding
Create a plan and engage with potential and existing customers to gather ongoing feedback and requirements.

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with expertise in Product methodology, customer and business orientation to lead the development of innovative solutions in the telecommunications space.
You will define and execute product strategies focused on SW/HW embedded products while collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring cutting-edge solutions to market.
you will:
Develop and execute product roadmaps based on voice of customer, market feedback and business view
Lead and manage two product lines full life cycle
Collaborate with Product owners, System engineers, UI, Hardware, and Software as well as sales and marketing teams, to ensure product success.

This role is a unique blend of research leadership, entrepreneurship, and deep technical execution , with a mandate dedicated to incubating projects from zero to one You will serve as the internal and external expert driving our capability in agentic system evaluations and red teaming .
