We are seeking an R&D Hardware Engineer ( board designer ) to design and develop complex analog and digital boards for advanced motion control applications. The role involves end-to-end ownership of board design, participation in system architecture, and close collaboration with cross-functional engineering teams throughout the product lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop complex analog and digital boards for motion control applications
Participate in the architecture design of future products and applications
Support existing designs, implement design changes, and drive reliability improvements
Define requirements, engineering specifications, and validation documentation
Select key components and lead layout and placement activities in collaboration with external contractors
Perform bring-up activities, validate designs, support transition to manufacturing, and support products throughout their lifecycle
Requirements: Requirements
B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering
At least 3 years of proven experience in board design
Strong knowledge of analog and digital electronics
High level of system engineering capability, including the ability to translate high-level requirements into detailed analog and digital board architectures
Excellent knowledge of relevant CAD tools such as OrCAD and Allegro
FPGA design knowledge
Experience with motion and control systems - advantage Personal Skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a multi-disciplinary engineering team
Innovative and creative approach to solving complex engineering problems
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
