In this role, you will partner closely with senior executives and cross-functional teams to develop strategic frameworks, identify and evaluate growth opportunities, and support corporate development initiatives, including partnerships and M&A. What Youll Do
Strategic Leadership: Drive the development and execution of our corporate strategy, ensuring alignment with long-term goals.
Business Planning: Support annual and ongoing strategic planning processes and act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership.
Market Research: Conduct deep market and competitive research to identify trends, opportunities, and benchmarks that inform decision-making.
M&A Support: Contribute to M&A activities, including target identification, due diligence, financial modeling, and integration planning.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with teams across product, sales, marketing, finance, and legal to ensure alignment and execution of strategic priorities.
Requirements: 4-7 years of experience in a top-tier management consulting firm or in a corporate strategy/corporate development role within a global company (having both is a strong advantage).
Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field; an advanced degree is a plus.
Proven ability to build strategic frameworks, lead planning processes, conduct market research, and implement growth initiatives.
Experience in M&A processes - a strong advantage.
Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strategic thinker with a data-driven mindset and the ability to take calculated risks.
Highly organized, with strong project management and leadership capabilities.
