Cloud Monitoring Engineer
to join our growing team and ensure our systems and customer environments are always optimized, available, and secure. This role combines proactive monitoring with incident management and operational excellence to deliver outstanding results for our customers.
Responsibilities
Proactive Monitoring: Continuously monitor our companys and customers environments using tools such as Kibana, Grafana and other cloud monitoring solutions.
Investigate and respond to application, system, and network issues to ensure maximum service availability.
Identify and troubleshoot anomalies in production and staging environments powered by AWS, GCP, Azure, Kubernetes, Docker, and EKS/ECS.
Document and categorize incidents, reporting them accurately.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (TS, R&D, Product) to address and resolve underlying issues.
Communicate changes, updates, and improvements effectively within the organization.
Develop and enhance monitoring methods, tools, and automation processes.
Stay updated on emerging technologies in cloud monitoring and security to ensure best-in-class solutions.

Required NOC - Student Position
As a Monitor Specialist, you will be responsible for:
Responding to events and various technical problems in real-time
Proactively identifying and mitigating potential issues before they become critical problems
Troubleshooting and investigating production issues in our services
Handling issues until resolution with Devops, DBA and R&D teams
Monitoring and liaising activities of the production environment, network, business transactions reports
Direct communication with worldwide partners.

Required Customer Support Specialist - Student Position
As a Tier 1 Customer Support you will be responsible for:
Be the first line of defense and escalation for any technical issues
Elegantly handle customer requests and maintain our SLA & customer satisfaction
Escalate and own issues internally and externally with service providers / partners
Extend our knowledge base
Work across departments (Engineering, DevOps, Prof Services, etc.) to resolve customers issues.
