Location: Herzliya Pituach, on site only
We are looking for a hands on and detail oriented Junior Marketing Coordinator to own the operational side of our Affiliate Program.
This is an entry level, full time position based on site in Herzliya Pituach, with no hybrid or remote option.
Important note:
This role manages everything except traffic acquisition. Strong attention to detail and comfort working with tracking systems, platforms, and numbers is key.
Responsibilities
Set up and manage Affiliate deals, commercial terms, and agreements.
Implement, TEST, and QA tracking pixels, postbacks, and integrations.
Upload, maintain, and manage marketing assets, creatives, and Affiliate tools.
Run, monitor, and validate billing cycles, invoicing, and Affiliate payments.
Coordinate day to day Affiliate operations and ensure data accuracy across
Requirements: Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
Comfortable working with numbers, spreadsheets, tracking tools, and platforms.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Hands on mindset with strong sense of ownership.
Ability to follow processes and learn new systems quickly.
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
Nice to Have
Basic familiarity with Affiliate platforms or performance marketing tools.
Background or interest in iGaming, online marketing, or digital platforms.
Experience supporting conferences, events, or marketing operations.
