We are looking for a Cyber Hunter and Technical Leader to build a next-generation Insider Risk program. You will lead a team of analysts and engineers, utilizing AI-driven behavioral analytics and cutting-edge Data Security Posture Management tools to detect anomalies in behavior .

As the Team Lead for Insider Risk & Data Defense, you will hold one of the most critical mandates in the organization: safeguarding our proprietary data, financial assets and trust aware culture.

What Youll Do:

Lead the "Internal Hunter" strategy: define the roadmap for the Insider Risk function, manage day-to-day operations, and mentor a team of high-performing analysts and engineers.
Architect and operate advanced protection suites: serve as the technical owner for DLP (Microsoft Purview), Insider Risk and DSPM solutions to visualize data flow and block unauthorized movement.
Build AI-driven risk models: leverage Machine Learning (ML) to establish user behavior baselines and detect subtle deviations indicative of account compromise, data exfiltration, or sabotage.
Oversee high-stakes investigations: manage the full incident lifecycle from initial alert and digital forensics to Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and executive reporting.
Drive automated response (SOAR): develop playbooks that trigger "containment" actions (e.g., revoking access, isolating endpoints) when high-confidence malicious activity is detected.
Optimize signal-to-noise ratio: relentlessly tune SIEM and UEBA logic to ensure the team is hunting real threats.
Harden lifecycle security: collaborate with IT and HR on "Joiner, Mover, Leaver" processes to ensure access is strictly governed at every stage of the employee journey.
Enable deep visibility: ensure telemetry coverage across all critical systemsfrom employees to privileged IT staffto eliminate blind spots.

In this role youll:
Collaborate with members of the Analytics, Product, and Data teams to improve business decisions using data

Conduct A/B testing on our flow and processes in order to build state-of-the-art products

Initiate analyses and generate reports to assist with feature tracking, experiments, and product/platform health monitoring

Extract and analyze data using different data platforms (Snowflake, Python, etc.)

Present key findings to stakeholders across the company in order to drive business and product decisions

Explore new and unmapped data domains that can push our product forward

As Senior Data Analyst, youll be responsible for analyzing production data to monitor store performance, improve current operations, and provide insights that shape our future roadmap. Youll also structure and manage how operational data is collected, aggregated, and analyzed, ensuring it delivers actionable value across teams.
This role sits within the Customer Performance team our group responsible for ensuring our deployments perform at their best and deliver measurable value. Youll collaborate closely with Operations, Product, R&D, Customer Success, and our retail partners.
A day in the life
Analyze production data from live stores to assess system performance and customer behavior.
Track and report on agreed KPIs with retail partners, ensuring we deliver against operational commitments.
Manage and structure operational data defining what is included in analysis and how it is aggregated.
Collaborate with Data Engineering to analyze, maintain, and improve ETL workflows and data pipelines, ensuring data is accurate, timely, and accessible for analysis.
Build dashboards to surface insights internally and for retailer-facing teams.
Provide insights that inform both current operational improvements and our product roadmap.
Liaise with cross-functional teams (Operations, Product, R&D, Customer Success) to proactively suggest system enhancements.
Communicate complex KPIs, concepts, and insights in a clear, structured, and compelling way, tailored to technical and non-technical audiences.
