-Responsible for the overall management of an electronics manufacturing plant, including daily production operations, planning, and execution.
-Leads manufacturing and assembly activities in a high-mix, low-to-medium volume environment, covering machining, plastics, cables, PCB assembly, and electronic integration.
-Ensures operational efficiency, quality, cost control, and compliance with local and corporate standards.
-Manages budgets, monitors financial performance, and oversees suppliers and subcontractors.
-Works in close coordination with executive management and headquarters in Israel.
Requirements: -Proven experience in electronics manufacturing and hands-on management of production lines.
-Experience working in India and/or China in multicultural environments.
-Strong background in operations, quality, supply chain, and cost control.
-Financial management experience, including budgeting and reporting.
-Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Priority).
-Strong leadership and communication skills.
-Fluent English mandatory.
-Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related field.
-Willingness to relocate full-time to India.
