Responsibilities
System Architecture & Ownership
Own projects from conception to production, collaborating globally with partners to deliver complex projects.
Define the vision and direction for end-to-end solutions, serving as a thought leader on execution that brings immediate value and solves for the long-term vision.
Deliver robust, high-performance AI/ML system designs that meet critical requirements (latency, throughput, cost, maintenance).
Drive cross-functional end-to-end design architecture.
AI/ML Development & Leadership:
Lead the full cycle of big data exploration, including hypothesis formulation, advanced predictive statistical modeling, and algorithm development across complex, large-scale data.
Mentor existing Data Science teams, influence AI-driven product design and strategy with partner architects, and assist in the definition of roles and training needs.
Innovation & Research Strategy
Pioneer innovative Proof of Concepts (POCs) to show the way for where our Fintech products should go over the next 510 years, focusing on high-impact solutions like Explainable AI, Homomorphic Encryption, or advanced Behavioral Analytics.
Apply research to create high-impact solutions and represent the teams innovation to the wider organization.
Act as a Consultative Business Facilitator, exploiting revealed insights and providing entrepreneurial guidance for business stakeholders.

Responsibilities
Lead and apply best practices in AI driven software lifecycle management, from ideation, through development and evaluation to production deployment.
Build a backend service with AI in its core at scale (millions of users and requests daily)
Collaborate with stakeholders to define success criteria and align model metrics with business goals

Which department will you join? The AV sensing group is responsible for the critical and challenging task of object detection and scene comprehension using LiDAR and Radar sensors. Ideal candidate: You'll thrive in this role if you enjoy working at the intersection of software engineering and algorithms, are comfortable reasoning about 3D geometry and coordinate systems, and have strong software development skills in Linux environments. ** This role requires working at our Ramat Gan offices at least 1 day per week.
What will your job look like:
Work with geometric and spatial data from automotive sensors - designing scalable data workflows, Python libraries, and algorithmic solutions for 3D sensor data processing
Build robust data validation and monitoring systems that understand spatial relationships

As a senior Platform Engineer, you will design and build cloud infrastructure, internal developer services, AI powered automations and more to make our teams faster, autonomous and more productive.
Responsibilities
Build and evolve platform services that improve developer experience (devEx), reliability and engineering productivity while being secured.
Develop AI-driven tools and automation: internal agents, workflow orchestrators, intelligent integrations and internal assistants based on AWS infrastructure.
Integrate platform components with .NET and Python services running on AWS.
Own core cloud infrastructure using automation and Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform/CloudFormation).
Deliver scalable, secure, and cost-efficient cloud solutions across multiple domains.
Create self-service capabilities that allow product and engineering teams to move independently.
Partner with security, DBA, DevOps, product and business stakeholders to build cross-organizational solutions.
