Senior Experience Project Manager | Job Description About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Experience Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will operate at the intersection of all disciplines required for consumer medical device development, with a focus on Embedded firmware. Reporting to the VP of Product Experience & Validation, you will own and deliver the Product Experience roadmap, ensuring alignment with stakeholders and timely execution. You will maintain a comprehensive understanding of the firmware release plan, including dependencies, constraints, risks, and unexpected developments. Your role requires translating complex, dynamic information into a clear picture for all involved parties. You will use project management tools to reflect reality digitally and communicate effectivelyvisually, verbally, and in writingwith a global audience including leadership, R&D, manufacturing, and subcontractors. You will track multiple project schedules, ensure smooth information flow, push teams to meet deadlines, escalate risks, and recommend resource allocation or adjustments when necessary. Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications
B.S. in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience
Experience driving and delivering complex tech programs or products from inception to delivery
Experience defining strategic direction and identifying new opportunities for impact amongst products, platforms and programs
Knowledge of user needs, gathering requirements, and defining scope
Experience operating across multiple teams and functions, demonstrated critical thinking, and thought leadership
Communication experience at executive level and experience influencing leadership and technical management teams to develop systems, solutions, and products
Organizational, coordination and multi-tasking experience
Analytical and problem-solving experience with large-scale systems
Experience establishing work relationships across multi-disciplinary teams and multiple partners in different time zones
Experience working with product teams to build and deliver end-to-end customer focused products with technical knowledge of the underlying platforms and technologies.

Requirements:

Requirements:
At least 5 years of experience as Scrum Master\Product Owner\Project Manager\Delivery Lead
Solid understanding of software delivery methods, Agile principles and methods, and classic Project Management approaches, and feel confident enough to alternate between them
Knowledge of best practices in software integration and delivery
Familiar with SaaS/Cloud development and deployment - Must
Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Git
Technical Background as a QA\Automation\Software Engineering- an advantage.
