We are looking for a high-impact, experienced Project Manager to join our R&D team. As a Project Manager, you will implement and own a robust project-management methodology across our organisation. Youll drive the end-to-end lifecyclefrom requirements gathering through rollout and ongoing support, while continuously monitoring, analysing and improving how we deliver. Responsibilities
Define, implement and champion a standardized Project Management methodology: covering scope definition, requirements capture, planning, execution, rollout, and post-deployment support.
Establish, track and present KPIs and dashboards for all major projects over time: metrics around delivery timelines, quality, resource utilisation, stakeholder satisfaction, risk & issue tracking.

Ensure high transparency across projects: maintain clear communication with teams (engineering, product, support), highlight risks/impediments, and secure timely decision making and escalation.
Work cross-functionally with engineering, product, support, customer success teams: ensure smooth hand-offs, clear responsibilities, and alignment from requirements through to support.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement: propose and implement process enhancements, tooling improvements or standard templates to support scalable and repeatable project delivery.
Requirements:
Proven experience (5+ years) in project management in a software or technology environment. Experience implementing Jira workflows is an advantage.
Experience implementing and working according to a formal project methodology.
Strong analytical mindset: capable of designing and presenting dashboards/KPIs, interpreting data to drive actionable insights.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills: you engage with technical teams, product owners, leadership and support organisations and keep everyone aligned.
Ability to manage end-to-end project delivery: from requirements to rollout and support phase.
Comfort managing multiple projects or streams simultaneously, identifying dependencies, risks and mitigating them proactively.
