Rail Vision is a multidisciplinary startup headquartered in Ra'anana. We utilize the latest Artificial Intelligence and Electro-Optics technologies and develop life-saving vision systems for the global railway market. We are seeking a Head of Operations. As the Head of Operations you will lead all operational functions, including Production/Manufacturing, Procurement, Planning, Import & Export & Facilities management. You will also drive productivity, supplier & vendor certification, and cost reduction activity, ensuring the operation achieves the company KPI. Key Responsibilities
* Develop and deliver the operational strategy aligned with business goals.
* Lead day-to-day site operations, ensuring efficient production planning and achievement of budgeted output.
* Drive Lean and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Oversee procurement, stock, WIP, packing, import & export activity
* Build, coach, and develop a high-performing operational team.
* Ensure effective supply chain process
Requirements: * Minimum 5 years of senior operations leadership experience in multidisciplinary hardware/software products- Must.
* B.A. / B.Sc., preferably in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
* Strong background in supply chain management, procurement, and import/export processes for complex products -Strong advantage.
* Proven experience working with global suppliers, vendors, and contract manufacturers across multiple technologies (machinery, hardware, cables)- Must.
* Strong understanding of quality and regulatory standards (ISO 9001; railway/automotive standards are an advantage).
* Native-level Hebrew and high-level English proficiency.
* Commercially experienced, strategically minded, and operationally hands-on.
* Experience with PRIORITY- Advantage
