Reporting to Senior Finance Controller , as Senior Accounting Manager you will join our finance team. You will be responsible for overseeing all accounting operations of our Israeli entity, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in all financial processes. Being experienced in SAP, fluent in English, and comfortable working in a global, fast-paced environment.

Your Primary responsibilities :

Ensure timely and accurate completion of all financial deadlines for the local and global finance teams.

Manage monthly and annual closing processes in SAP, including reconciliations and reporting.

Perform customer balance sheet reconciliations and profit & loss account reviews.

Maintain and update monthly currency exchange rates in SAP.

Prepare monthly closing balance sheet reconciliations and proactively resolve any issues

Review and validate income and expense reconciliations.

Prepare journal entries for prepayments, fixed assets, accruals, payroll, and other financial transactions.

Generate monthly accrual and VAT reports, ensuring compliance with Israeli tax regulations.

Act as the main point of contact for SAP global support, assisting all finance users working on Israeli entities.

Support global finance teams with Israeli financial processes and translate documents between Hebrew and English (AP, AR, Banking, Credit Control).

Prepare and submit documentation for tax authorities and external auditors.

Manage intercompany loans between Israel and international branches.

Oversee withholding tax processes prior to payment runs.

Monitor and manage cash flow for the Israeli entity.

Reporting directly to the IL Controller, the Bookkeeper will be responsible for performing the day-to-day financial operations and ensuring accurate and timely financial records for our Israeli entity. As a Bookkeeper you will...
Perform all aspects of the daily bookkeeping for the Israeli entity, including accounts payable, general ledger, journal entries and bank reconciliations including deposits and investments.
Process and record invoices, payments, and expense reports accurately and efficiently.
Prepare and submit VAT reports and other relevant tax filings in accordance with Israeli regulations.
Reconcile various accounts, including bank statements, credit card statements, and intercompany accounts.
Prepare with month-end and year-end closing processes, including preparing accruals, prepaids, fixed assets and other reconciliations.

As Bookkeeper, you'll play a pivotal role in defining and managing the financial processes and policies, ensuring compliance with local and global regulations and tax rules, and supporting the companys day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day recording of financial transactions, including AP, AR, journal entry posting, bank and credit card reconciliations.
Responsibility for account reconciliation to ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
Control the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes, ensuring timeliness and accuracy- An experience in public companies or IPO reediness is a big advantage.
Manage the complete AP cycle, including setting up new vendors, processing invoices, and executing payments.
Manage monthly statutory submissions (ITA, Social Securities, and VAT).
Assist with corporate audit and other financial reporting requirements as needed.
