Were looking for an experienced and visionary VP of R&D to lead and scale engineering organization. This is a key leadership position, reporting directly to the CTO, responsible for driving technical strategy, execution, and delivery across multiple product lines.

We are proud to be expanding our leadership team with a VP of Engineering & GM to lead our Israel office and the Enterprise engineering team in Tel Aviv. This is a mission-critical part of our global engineering organization. Youll oversee a growing team of 50+ engineers and partner closely with Product, Security, and GTM teams to ship high-impact and high-quality cybersecurity solutions.

As well as being a technical leadership role, youll serve as the General Manager of our Israel office, shaping the culture, operations, and global connectivity of the site. Responsibilities
Serve as the key technical and product voice for our Cloud Networking Observability and Tools team and engage with internal customers (Dev Oncallers, SREs, Support) to identify critical tooling and data gaps in their networking investigation workflows.
